Очень приветливый и доброжелательный персонал. Очень гибкие условия по расселению для постоянных клиентов. Первый раз удалось посетить завтрак и был приятно удивлен обходительностью и внимательностью сотрудников. Уровню и качеству предлагаемого питания в Артотеле, на мой взгляд, стоит поучиться многим отелям Москвы, Калининграда и многих других городов РФ (не буду конретизировать до наименований). Единственный отель, в котором я встретил схожий этому уровень обслуживания и за довольно скромные деньги, был отель в г. Комсомольск-на-Амуре. Номера всегда идеально чистые. Сам останавливался в различных отелях Астрахани, но этот отель превзошел все мои ожидания. Всем гостям города очень рекомендую останавливаться в этом отеле. Сам естественно буду останавливать только у Вас. Спасибо всем сотрудникам отеля! Держите марку и дальше!!! Молодцы
