The room, the terrace with swimming pool and the lobby were very nice and comfortable. The receptionist guy, Mohan, was the nicest and most helpful person - nothing was too much for him to do.

Hotel has absolutely amazing location just oposit the beach. The view from rooms is perfect. It's also around 20 min walking to the center of the island. You can rent a bike in the hotel and discover the island easily. The superior rooms are good. Bathroom needs some refreshments.
Overall we are very happy with our stay at Patatran.
Breakfast is slightly poor however dinner on HB was very delicious.

Paradise… definitely recommend to stay for a few days instead of just a day trip! Loved the laid-back vibe of the island. It only has a few cars, so very convenient to get around on foot or by bike. You can stop at the hidden beaches you discover on your way, enjoy the view of the tropical forest, and befriend the turtles you meet on your way :). For a bite, don’t miss Chez Jules, great fresh juices and amazing food!

Although I was unlucky to get 1 full day of heavy rains but I enjoyed the property with swimming pool and took a rainy walk around.
They have got best beaches and would recommend to visit Source D'argent beach for sunset.
Cycling around the beach road was also fun...!

The island is really beautiful, paradise beaches.
The island is really beautiful, paradise beaches. The only downside is that the concentration of visitors is the highest in Seychelles. That said, you can still find your spot in the shade on most beaches.

We have visited 3 islands - Mahe, Praslin and La Digue.
We would not return to La Digue, Mahe and Praslin are much more recommendable.
Anse Source de Argent and Anse Patates are very scenic, great to take pictures, but very hard to swim (stones and corals, need for special shoes), flat waters. Grand Anse is better to swim (we had big waves during our stay), but not really scenic.
Best beach on Seychelles - in our opinion - Anse-Lazio.

Unique island vibe, very friendly people (local and tourists as well), plenty of food options (shops, take-aways, restaurants). Recommend to rent bicycle and go around island to see all the beaches and spots. On the other hand a lot of running constructions, so I hope this island will keep its atmosphere forever :-)

It’s a beautiful island with stunning beaches , forest and giant tortoises. However it’s overpriced and overall service is of a low standard many times slow with no smile or no interest to make customer happy . It’s hard to get a good clean food . There are some nice takeaways though and lovely people who try to do their best but it’s not a majority .
Many shops have no prices on items . Water is not potable and the cheapest price for 12 bottles of 1l is around 15 Eur .
It’s not good destination for snorkelling as corals are very damaged and majority is bleached . Nevertheless it’s advertised as a place with stunning corals so we felt cheated when we discovered a reality of a reef . It’s still possible to see some sea animals like turtles , sting rays , tropical fish but not in abundance. We dived as well 2x but as we didn’t like much diving and they seem to us overpriced (220 for 3 tanks ) so we didn’t do more.
I personally prefer Indonesia or Maledives for snorkelling or diving .
Trips are also extremely expensive - such as 70 Eur for half day of snorkelling trip .
It’s a small island and transport is mainly by bicycle (it’s necessary to pay attention at lorries and taxis when cycling )
Overall, I think it’s good to visit for beach and nature lovers , max 1 week . It’s not good destination for snorkelling. We stayed 12 days- it was too long . It’s nice to see beaches but we wouldn’t return .
Our favourite stay in the Seychelles. The kitchen is very well equipped and clean, the staff and owner are extremely kind and were always very happy to help. We were greeted every morning with a nice juice and some fruit which was a lovely thing to wake up to. The room was very clean, smelled quite nice, and had everything we needed. Pick up at the jetty was much appreciated. For drop off to the jetty there is an extra cost as expected but really isn't very far to walk if you prefer.
We had a great stay. Nancy welcomed us at arrival and showed the apartment to us. The location was great (just 5 mins from the ferry) and just around the corner of the best bakery (famous bakery) in Seychelles. It it very closed to the main street, but still very quiet. The apartment was cozy, clean and tiny and had everything we needed. There was also a place to leave and lock our bikes. La Digue is a pretty and beautiful small island and a must-see when you are in Seychelles.
it is a very pretty villa (small house) with all the required amenities, kitchen, bathroom, little pool, Good air conditioning, the beach is right opposite… loved the chicken running around free and happy coming to visit every day… friendly and helpful staff. and the best thing is very close to Anse Source d’Argent the most beautiful spot in the whole seychelles, is a must do if you visit the seychelles… 5min by bike and 15min walk 100%
Very friendly, helpful and nice staff and the lady owner, beautiful garden and surroundings of the house in which we stayed, everything is clean, regularly cleaned and maintained. Very near from beach. Thank you very much for your understanding with the canceled stay of our friends who could not arrive due to a canceled flight. We would love to come back to you in the future if we ever visit Seychelles-La Digue
The staff were very hospital, everyone relaxed and smiling, headed by Stephane, who can organize anything for you and just a very nice man. The location is great to enjoy an atmosphere of real La Digue - calm and peaceful. This part of the village is more like a botanical gardens, so is Cocotier du Rocher. It is a good point to get to northern beaches and short walk for Rey&Josh famous takeaway.
The location to the ferry is good but also can be a bit busy in this area as there is construction going on in front of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and spacious room size. Very helpful with us with washing clothes. Private area at the hotel. We asked for breakfast last minute and they were able to accommodate. It’s a simple breakfast, fresh fruits, coffee or tea, and bread with jam.
Compared to other hotels and accommodations in La Digue, Le Repaire is definitely one of the most high-end destinations. We enjoyed our room due to its generous size, lovely balcony and pleasant interior.
The in-house restaurant is also very good and the staff was overall friendly despite being a little slow at times.
Cheers to Marco who has been very welcoming.
The owners are amazing hosts, the staff were well trained and friendly, communication was clear and prompt, the resort is cozy and clean. Natasha had great recommendations for snorkeling and dinner and promptly made reservations. They let us check out late since our ferry was late without an extra charge ( which is common practice in Seychelles)
Doris and Charles are wonderful hosts. They really make you feel welcome and the place instantly feels like home. Fantastic location, not far from the port but quiet and set in a beautiful lush garden. Breakfast is very good, and the dinner was excellent (the best Octopus curry we had in Seychelles). Can't wait to visit again!!!
The location néxt to one of the best beaches of La Digue is super!
Host Frank is really helpful and relaxed. The chalets are well equipped and beds are super comfy. Garden is beautiful! We loved our stay here best out of our 4 stays in the Seychelles. If you are Dutch, please bring Frank some stroopwafels, he adores them!
One of the best apartment we stayed on Seychelles - location close to everything, great hosts, nice design, all the facilities you can think about and a pool - small but wet :) All together gives the whole apartment a homey feel. Special thanks to Rachelle for a Christmas gift!
We loved everything ! Lucy and Alex are the nicest, helping you anyway they can, the rooms are very nice and their breakfast very good ! i would definitely recommand to stay here to anyone, we will definitely go here again for our next stay in Seychelles !
A very affordable accommodation on La Digue. The yard in front is very nice and full of plants and palm trees. The rooms are air conditioned and the location is close to a nice italian restaurant that sell the best pizza in the whole Seychelles.
Great views from the room! We loved the location, not so central but you get some beautiful Seychelles rocks right on the hotel beach.
The staff was amazing and the food was great(half-board).
The place is so clean and isolated where u can have some quality time for yourself
the host Mr.Gerard ohh what a host i think the best guy in la digue he knows exactly how to host
