Hotel is located very close to ferry (~700 m which is walking distance). They sent a car to meet us which was very helpful. Also, they helped to deliver luggage back to ferry. Beach near hotel is not the best, but there is a very nice “Anse Source d'Argent” beach rather close (2 km). You need to pay for the entrance around 10$, cause it’s more like a park with lots of sightseeing, beaches, giant turtle zoo, etc. There is a very nice Italian restaurant at the hotel (I heard that one of Chefs is Italian – specifically for Pizza!!! – NICE!) I tried some cocktails at the bar. They have very good selection with some local specifics: e.g. La Digue Ice Tea instead of Long Island Ice Tea … 😊 PS We left the hotel early in the morning and didn’t come back, expecting luggage at the ferry. To my surprise I met a reception lady which rushed her best to return 5000 $ that I forgot in the safe … (facepalm hard) My bad, I don’t remember her name … ☹ But thanks a lot!!!

The hotel is located in a strategic position in La Digue. The room was big, clean and very nice, the staff was always smiley and supportive and the breakfast was really nice, with both a-la-carte options and some buffet. I highly reccomend this hotel and I would definitely book again here if visiting again La Digue.

Our room (Var) was stunning, as described - large with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and beach, beautiful to watch the birds in the trees in the sunshine. The room was well-equipped and comfortable. The coconut treats on arrival were lovely - would have liked more during our stay :) Breakfast was excellent - tea, coffee, juice & water; cereal, yoghurt, chia pots, fresh fruit, cooked options (eggs, bacon, french toast, pancakes) and bread (+ toaster) and cakes Dinner in the restaurant was very good - pizzas superb. Service was a little hit & miss but the food was excellent. (Drinks expensive) Great location, we hired a bike & tricycle locally and had a wonderful day cycling all the way up along the coast round to Chez Jules, and also down to Union Estate and Mimi's Cafe. On another day we explored the Union Estate and Anse Source D'Argent beach which is amazing. La Digue is such a relaxed and beautiful island.

Been here before in the covid era. Now thing was a bit easier with everything, god breakfast with manny possibilities with different type og egg dishes, French toast, pancakes. The lunch and dinner is just lovely, pizza from stone oven, pasta dishes. Amazing tastes. We stayed in the rom called Var, 2 floor toward the sea in the building in front of the hotel, sunset view. Probably the best hotel on the island with verry friendly service. Wine in a ice bucket was 10 out of 10

Lovely little boutique hotel, rooms modern and with everything you need. Hotel staff extremely friendly & helpful. The restaurant (an Italian) is absolutely delicious.
