Welcome to our cozy and private basement unit, your perfect home away from home! This newly renovated, fully furnished three-bedroom two-bath apartment is on the lower floor of a beautiful home just 13 min from Uptown, NoDa, South End, and more. As you step inside, you'll find a spacious and well-lit open-concept living area, tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. You will also find a small desk in the corner that offers a quiet spot for working or planning your daily activities. The unit features a fully equipped kitchenette, complete with a microwave, full-sized fridge, coffee maker, and an electric countertop stove with two burners so you can prepare light meals, snacks, or your morning coffee with ease. A dining table offers a cozy spot to enjoy your meals and there are also stools at the kitchen island for additional seating. Don't forget to enjoy the walk-out patio where you can grill and enjoy the peaceful view of the private backyard area. A spacious master bedroom provides a tranquil space for a restful night's sleep. Enjoy the large windows that let in lots of natural light. Your ensuite bathroom features a jetted bathtub, providing the perfect place to unwind after a long day, with soothing jets of warm water to relax your muscles. Alternatively, you can step into the separate shower for a quick, invigorating refresh. The bathroom is equipped with plush towels, and toiletries are provided for your convenience.
