Telephone in the room was not working, could not contact front desk from room. Carpets were very dirty. Could not change TV channel. TV could be turned on and off, but could not change channels. It would stay on just one channel.

We walked to our event at Van Andel and easily found somewhere to walk to for dinner. The hotel was a very cool mix of modern and old. The pool was great for our kids. We were able to walk to find dinner and breakfast was right in the building. Beautiful facility. Friendly staff even other guests staying were friendly. It was a lovely stay. Very affordable and comfortable. I do wish they had had an extra blanket on the closet shelf instead of an extra pillow but the lack of one did not stop me from sleeping. Our room was quiet, we never heard any of our fellow guests staying in the other rooms. I hope to stay again some day.DDianeGroup

Many family members and guests also stayed here. We had the rehearsal dinner at Duckpins. It was a wonderful meeting place with many activities to enjoy.
