There was some noise from the atrium on the 2nd floor, but it didn't keep us up. Breakfast was standard fare, though my wife was disappointed there were no grits (they had oatmeal, and buscuits and gravy). A few My Cousin Vinny jokes ensued. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and well-maintained, like the rest of the property.

Check in was easy and someone came out to greet us when we arrived. The Bistro Room had so much character, free robes, comfortable bed and a balcony. The common area also had character which we love and expect in an old building. There was a cute porch to enjoy coffee. We enjoy staying in a building with character rather than a chain hotel.
