She was very friendly and helpful in trying to find us a place to have dinner (see my comment about dinner below please). The breakfast was good but may I suggest they offer eggs? They could put a basket of hard boiled eggs or perhaps a egg boiler so that guests could boil their own eggs? Any eggs not consumed that breakfast could very well be used the next day (so no waste).

Dinner and breakfast both excellent. Elisabeth was charming and made us very welcome
Owners are very welcoming. Rooms are comfortable. They serve dinner at an extra cost and it was very good and well presented. Location is close to mountains, ski areas and hiking.
Great location for cycling. Staff were amazing providing us with special requests for food. Nice outdoor seating for dinner
Great location on the main route via Canfranc over the Pyrenees between France and Spain. Owner was very accommodating. A few beers outside before dinner in the restaurant. Food was good. Left in the dark and drove 10 minutes towards Canfranc.. then stopped in the pitch black to look at the stars.. awesome.. We travelled with a large dog - there were places off the street to let him do his stuff.. Clean and comfortable.. Was it the Hilton? No? Was it a great hotel all things considered? Yes!
Rural scenic and completely out in nature, great location for my bike packing trip through the mountains with wonderful staff, who kindly cleaned my cycling kit. The dinner was average but the breakfast was lovely.
a hotel and a place full of history! it is a bit ran-down because it is quite old, but nevertheless, a stay to remember (positive). Super friendly staff at the reception and also in the restaurant. Dinner and breakfast were great, too, very large portions - no one will go to bed hungry here. also very helpful with overnight storage of our bikes, appreciated the help.
A very rustic hotel, even the bedside tables were sawn off logs. Very friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast and evening meals. In a beautiful location. Comfortable bed.
I really liked the hotel (even Toulouse Lautrec, the painter, stayed here, as I found out from a leaflet :)). The room was large and stylishly decorated, clean and comfortable. Very kind lady owner. The breakfast was fair but dinner was plentiful (4 courses) and tasty, excellent value for money.
I chose this hotel because of its central location in a pretty square with a view of the Pyrenees. My room was on the top floor overlooking the square which was perfect. I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed the food and service. Very pleasant and hardworking staff.
