The hotel is located centrally just across the road from the beach and Eastbourne Pier, and close to restaurants, bars and cafes.

Beds were very comfortable, decent sized room. Lovely view.

room was lovely and clean, breakfast was wonderful

With an indoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi, York House has a stunning seafront position. It is less than 400 metres from the pier, and only 20 metres from the gently sloping beach.

The room was nice and big with a comfortable sofa.

Staff was very welcoming and had everything I needed

We are a newly refurbished seafront hotel, the Alexandra Hotel offers a bar. It is just 150 metres from the Winter Gardens and Devonshire Park. The Congress Theatre is only 3 minutes’ walk away.
