Breakfast was lovely and fresh everything as is should be lots of choice can’t fault the service keep up the good work staff were really friendly and helpful, facilities nice clean and available pool was nice and clean the changing rooms were so all in all a great night for us 👍

Facilities were good and Ben on the Leisure/Pool facilities area was really warm and welcoming (credit to the hotel! - take note Mercure!) Normally the leisure facilities staff in hotels can be somewhat boring or they keep themselves to themselves. But he was an asset to the company on his welcome, information, and ensuring all was good. Breakfast team were also very friendly and warmly welcoming. Beds were comfy, room was clean, and the bathroom was of decent standard also

They bent over backwards to organise a new date after the 2 others we changed to had to be cancelled due to covid restrictions on who we were visiting. Went on 29/01/22 and it was smashing. Lovely hotel, a bed to die for and the health club/pool/jacuzzi/sauna is fantastic. I'd recommend Mercure hotels to anyone.

On sight, there is a gym, pool & spa facilities free to use which myself and my partner loved attending! Upon arrival the hotel exceeded all expectations, as I was so impressed for how reasonable the price was. Will definitely return again, lovely hotel.
