Front desk staff over night was rude my t.v did not work I called front desk she said no refund no change room and if I did not like room then leave and will give money back next day wen she talks to manager. My main concern was safety! Traveling alone and being a woman. Very well lit and location close to my advent. Very beautiful motel with great accommodations and receptionists very nice and helpful.
