The hotel is just renovated, room is spacious and has necessary facilities. Beds were very comfortable and as well there is possibility to refill your bottle with water. Staff was very helpful. The hotel is not in the city centre, however they give you free access to public transport, therefore everything can be reached really quickly.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and maintained. Bar area comfortable with nice beers. Breakfast was fantastic, great high quality choices of foods. Free mini bar. Misunderstanding over a bath resulted in free items from the reception drinks and snacks for two.

It was next to the convention center. Bonus tip - if you dont want to spend on the novotel breakfast you can walk next door to the Ibis and pay less for a little less selection. They allow dogs.

This is not acceptable, how Novotel is managing without IT team such a big hotel. It is really shameful.

Although it’s not in Bern but trains can take you the Bern bahnhof in few minutes. and also from the station Ostermundigen you can travel to Thun and other cities, the station is just in front of the hotel. - 9.0Scored 9.0SuperbRated superb· 140 reviewsWe made reservations for a spacious studio-like room/appartment, but at arrival immediately got an upgrade to a very big (4 bedroom) appartment (since it wasn't occupied by others anyway, according to the landlady). Very kind and thoughtful! All facilities and comfort you could think of were present and the appartment is at walking distance to the city centre (10-15 minutes). Very helpful and kind hostess. For us this is an absolute 10 (also if we wouldn't have gotten the upgrade).
