Extremely clean, very large and comfortable room, perfectly equipped. Great location, a few minutes from every location. Staff was so nice and helpful. Would recommend this place to everyone. My kids wanted to stay there for the whole vacation.

Ideally located on a residential street, but just 10 minutes' walk from the Clifton Hill tourist district, Ambiance by the Falls B&B offers free WiFi and on-site parking. Breakfast was excellent. Muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt coffee/tea/orange juice plus the hot stuff! The Ambiance is in a quiet residential neighborhood and within walking distance to the Falls. The room was very clean. Kevin & Anna were very good hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Recently came back from a trip to Niagara with my husband. We stayed in the Regatta Room which was beautiful and very comfortable. Jamie and Dan were amazing hosts and gave us plenty of suggestions of what to do in the area and where to eat. The two course breakfasts were absolutely superb.

Overlooking the Niagara Gorge, this B&B is just 2 minutes’ drive to Niagara Falls. A hot breakfast is served daily. Victorian-style rooms are equipped with cable TV. The room & bed was great!! The owners were very nice & more than helpful. Our experience was their goal. I highly recommend it!!
