Kitchenette was very clean with kettle, hobs, coffee maker & cafetière. Fridge in the hall with essentials like beer and milk; you have to pay, but, excellent prices! Living area is lovely. WIFI is good. Toilet/showroom was bright with a good cubicle and very good shower with plenty of hot water. Towels good. If you are thinking to stay don’t think; DO! It’s nigh perfect! Oh! Was woken from a snooze Friday early evening by a FREE Bavarian brass band concert in the park next door! Wonderful. If you stay two days, and I did because it’s lovely, you get a FREE pass to the cable car. I loved it.
