This historic hotel enjoys a quiet location in Schwäbisch Hall, a 10-minute drive from the town centre. Superb breakfast, imaginatively presented and excellently cooked. The food generally was magnificent, under the auspices of the chef patron, Mr Rebers. Immaculate air-conditioned room in the contemporary extension. Delightful staff, particularly the charming and welcoming lady who presided over breakfast and dealt with administration. Altogether a resounding 5/5.
