    We upgraded room from parking lot view to ocean view. For not having any room service they should provide more towels to last those 5 days. Luckily we caught the room service associates next to our room and obtained a bag of towels, I was taking out the garbage every day but the closest garbage cans were for recycle? I booked a stay for a jacuzzi and that was out of order and it seemed that the resort restaurant wasn't opened. Did get 25.00 back on these extra Taxes....
