If you go to Kotor Bay, I full recommend Bellezza Resort & Spa as your place to stay!

Set right by the sea in the Bay of Kotor, Boka Gardens Seaside Resort has its own pier, private beach, restaurant and tennis court. There is a pool looking out to the bay and apartments with... The staff did an excellent job in upgrading our reservation to a two bedroom. They provided useful information for restaurants and things to do.
