We had a very pleasant time at this hotel I already know where I'm going next time We felt very comfortable Hotel staff super nice and helpful. Overall, the service was very friendly and helpful. We liked Ms. Marison the most, she was the best in our opinion.

The interior could be updated, was not very modern The carpet was not cleaned didn’t seem like it was hoovered just the room was brushed

The only low point is the after check out. After few day I tried to contact the property but I went through an odissey trying ro get their attention. Mail unattended, calls being forwarded to nowhere. Really a shame trying to spoi the reputation of such a good establishment for such a poor customer service!

The location is amazing! The ametinies as well. But the reception team really made the difference! Thank you expecially to Mohammed and Omar, their extra touch was appreciated a lot! Thank you also to the housekeeping team and unfortunately I do not remember their name, but they are great! It was a lovely stay 10/10

This is on the THE WALK - dubai, plenty of restaurants and the public beach nearby. We had the sea facing view. We were a family of four. The check in experience was excellent, forgot the person who checked me in, she was pleasant and helpful. The sea facing apartment was of good standards. One queen size bed and two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils and appliances. With a decent sitting room and a small dining table, it does suit the family. The balcony view is fantastic, evenings on the balcony is a good sight. The breakfast is also very good, the spread is good. Mohammed the restaurant manager was a fantastic host, he went beyond and gave us an option of the cuisine we liked which was off the spread. We enjoyed the breakfast. The crew is very efficient and effective, Lawrence and Ohie were very pleasant. Though not because of Amwaj, as this is on the Walk, the weekends and holidays is very busy because of The Walk, the traffic can be snarling. A normal travel time of 8-10 minutes after entering the fly over may take upto 40 mins to reach the hotel. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants within the area, this gives us a good choice. The house keeping crew too is very efficient. They serviced the apartment every day. We stayed in tower 5, the breakfast was in tower 2, the walk inside the area is a pleasant one. A well worthy stay for the family, they thoroughly enjoyed it.

The breakfast wasn't stellar, the buffet selection was very limited. And what was served wasn't what you expect from a quality hotel experience (ie. The chicken sausages and mortadella seem like the cheap stuff you get from grocery stores, the juices were off the box lacnor juice instead of fresh juice, the coffee tasted like instant coffee). And the staff at the time of our breakfast (around 8am) on the second day seem to not notice some cleanliness issues like fruit slices on the floor near the buffet tables, pain du chocolat stains on the napkins on tables and chairs, and coffee splatters on the hot drinks service area.

The location is great, the room, the housekeeping and room service, and front desk staff are amazing. Had a quiet time on the tower 5 pool.

Very minor things like the shower partitions caused water to flood the floor so we’d have to use towels to avoid slipping was wasteful. The decor might be a little dated but was very comfortable and clean and in good condition

We had booked the 3 bedroom sea view apartment for a family for 5 and it was HUGE! It was comfortable and clean, staff was excellent and location fantastic

Everything was good and enjoyable. We really enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. The rooms we stayed had a beautiful view to the seaside and quite big space for family with 3 kids. We will come again soon) Thanks a lot!
