The pool only gets direct sunshine in the morning which is a bit of a shame. Depending on which side of the hotel you're on, there can be quite a bit of road noise as the boy-racers have fun in their hypercars on the Sheikh Zayed Road at night. Otherwise, a pretty decent hotel.

My room was very clean and the cleaning staff were lovely and accommodating. Overall, the hotel was well-placed with good access to the Marina and nice restaurants. The tram stop was nearby and easy to use also. There's a Carrefour directly opposite which proved very helpful to have on your doorstep.

Well the apartments are not the newest anymore. Renovations need to take place quite soon. In our bathroom there was a strong annoying smell.

The best was I must say the staff! Especially those who are at the door helping with the luggage. So kind and always supportive. I had some questions prior to our arrival. Those were always answered very promptly. The bed was big and comfy. Quite good equipped gym.

Very few power outlets available. Only one in the kitchen hidden behind the microwave, a couple more in the bedroom if other applicanes were unplugged.

Location was fantastic for access to the Marina, Downtown and the city centre and attractions. Room was very spacious, if a little dated, but clean and functional. Air conditioning worked very well.

Wifi coverage can be improved, it is a particularity of all Dubai.

The location is straight at the Marina, easy to acces the walking and restaurants area. The staff were polite and the daily cleaning was properly done. I would recommend this location also for longer period. It has a pool in case you want to sunbath and also swim a bit.

The fit and finish of the rooms wasn't up to other nicer hotels I've stayed in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. It isn't poor, but just doesn't have that high end feel.

The location is amazing and the size of the two bedroom was huge (not all are this size). The patio size was amazingly huge (not all have this size, but the floor we were on had a gigantic patio). Our room didn't have the best view, but it was acceptable. I did tour a room with a better view and it wasn't as big, but was still good size and nice. Underground parking was very convenient to go in out at our convenience (we rented a car). There were no surprise charges and the stay was pleasant.

We were upgraded to an excellent, huge 2-bedroom apartment on 25th floor. It had everything we needed, including in the well-appointed kitchen. We will stay again. We arrived early and checked in without delay.

Excellent location in the heart of Dubai Marina! We had 3 Bedroom apartment directly overlooking the canal, astonishing view and spacious balcony. All was good. Kids liked heated pool. Socket adaptor provided upon request. Staff very attentive.

We were checked in to one of the accessible rooms, which meant that there was no standard shower/bathtub. I would be okay with that if the check in staff informed us about it in advance and also offered a solution on how to deal with the water that spreads all over the bathroom when you try to take shower. We were looking forward to having a shower and resting after our flights, however when I opened the water i realised that the drainage isn't designed properly and water has just stayed on the floor - even though I just opened it for 1 min or so. When I contacted reception to try and solve the issue, no apology or explanation was given, just "OK OK I'll call you back". We ended up waiting for around 1.5 hours for them to move us. Another staff member completely dismissed our comments about the smell and air coming from the washing machine. Not sure if this was due to language barrier but it wasn't a great customer experience.

Location is perfect, there is gym, pool and even steam/sauna (although I didn't use those). The apartments are quite spacious. There are all necessary features in the rooms, including washing machine, cooker, kettle, fridge, etc. There were 1.5 bathrooms in our 1-bed flat which was very handy. Main bathroom was of a good size too. There are lots of supermarkets around with 24/7 Carrefour just across the road. On the day of the checkout we asked for a slight extension - just for 1 hour - as we had planned a trip to the Palm. Reception team agreed to that which was a nice gesture. We ended up not needing this 1 hour but still...

The hot water was very less. It would run for barely 5 minutes and then turn cold. Made it difficult for showers especially because The AC is extremely cold, it freezes the room literally so we need to switch it off sometimes. There is a peculiar smell in the room like that of drainage. I have lived at this property twice and both times I have faced the same issues.

The location is spectacular with great accessibility to all locations. Direct access to the Marina is amazing. The views are very good. The facilities in the room like the dinnerware, cooking utensils, toiletries, etc. are great. The staff is co-operative. The carrefour opposite makes daily needs accessible.

Nice and spacious apartment. 5 mins walk to Marina Mall and just next to Marina Promenade with a lot of cafes and restaurants. Good swimming pool and grocery shop in the next building.

The apartment was a little tired looking - it probably needs updating soon - but for the price and location it is still worth staying. We found it strange that although the bathrooms were very well resourced, there was no dishwasher or no washing up liquid or dishcloths in the kitchen area. The second day we were there we returned with what we needed to do our dishes and they had been done for us, so maybe that is part of the staying there. But we felt uncomfortable making housecleaning do our dishes by hand! The fridge was terrible - even at the ‘warmest’ setting everything froze in it. That didn’t matter for water but it did for food items. There were only two chairs out in the balcony which was strange given the apartment sleeps four. Even though we were on the 18th floor, you still heard traffic noise all night. We got used to this but didn’t expect it so high up out from an apartment. Finally, we think the condensation from the system runs internally down the building so at night (even though our own air con was off) it constantly sounded like there was torrential rain. We eventually got used to it but it took a few days. Although this sounds like a lot of negatives, we’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Loved the location and the staff!

Excellent location, both in terms of access to the public metro system and being on the Marina. An amazing Waitrose is less than a ten minute walk away and there is a smaller supermarket and a pharmacy straight across the road at the entrance. Also great views over the marina that changed throughout the day from the windows and the balcony. We never heard any noise from neighbours. The apartment was very large, with en-suite in both bedrooms plus an additional separate toilet. The bathrooms were well equipped with everything you needed and more. The apartment was serviced every day unless we asked for it not to be. The kitchen was also big and had everything you needed to be able to cook. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. They booked taxis for us and welcomed / farewelled us each time we walked through the lobby like old friends.
