Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

OmanDoors of the entrance needs to be changed. A lot of repair work is done on them. In cutlery in the kitchen small knives were not available.

GhanaIt was a little difficult finding a taxi from the hotel. The neighborhood is in the older part of Dubai and not too close to the new attractions.
The rooms were spacious and clean. I loved that there was a functioning washing machine and other kitchen items. My stay was very comfortable with staff who were always ready to serve and answer all questions. There was a tour operator on site who assisted to provide affordable tickets to various attractions. There were many eating places close to the hotel, as well as currency exchanges.

Saudi Arabia1. interior designs need improvement. gives a homely, but dull feel rather than a hotel - from brightly colored blue and orange toilets to the different lights used in the living room. kitchen interior is fine. the hotel would do so well if the interiors are better. but again, no facilities nearby for someone to pay more to stay here. 2. too far away. metro at least a kilometer or 1.5 km away, so not easily accessible for those relying on them. 3. no decent shopping centers or malls or restaurants nearby. even the ‘massage’ centers around are those shady ones. 4. didn’t like the towels they gave. they were off white and grey-ish.
good price. calm. amazing staff. amenities within the room are good - like good equipped kitchen, comfy beds, living room and well working toilets.
