Beautiful. Staff were Amazimg especially when my flights were cancelled due to storms . They pulled out all the stops. Arranged shower facilities hot water in their club house golf club area. Alex the director called us personally and spoke to us and asked what we needed and offered us complimentary goodwill gestures and was extremely apologetic. This was exceptional customer services. Manual at concierge was amazing and really looked after us . Exceptional customer service . Juan . Ahmad at reception were very kind and helpful . Krishna and Manusdin from cleaning team were helpful . Sonam from the restaurant was lovely . It was a 10 star experience in a 5 star hotel . It was worth coming to Dubai . The hotel lives up to its name . Luxurious & amazing

everything was excellent but it’s little bit expensive and the family pool there is babies i recommend putting the babies in a different pool but i recommend going there it was so fun and quiet

the staff is so friendly and it’s was so clean and the location is next to the airport and the room size is big and there is so much activities and i recommend going there

Restaurants are extremely expensive that is normal in such place but that was a lot behind than normal. Breakfast only taking about 100-120$ for per person. Drinks in restaurants are extremely expensive. Even shesha that supposed to be cheaper since it is Arabic item but much more expensive than other places.

Excellent location and huge golf park for walking, running etc. Brilliant for families to take time out of stressful city environment. Hotel design is modern internally but they kept Arabic style on facade design which was historical and relaxing.

The only exception to the excellence we saw in this superb hotel were those at Noepe. The organisation and service in this area was not good and getting a drink from the staff here was not easy- they need to spend some time in other parts of the property.

Location, rooms and the vast majority of the staff were fantastic! Particular shout out to the reception, the Thai kitchen staff and those in The Cinnamon Club

The room lighting is not very comfortable. Using old-style spotlights, which do not provide enough light.

The room was spacious but had a bit of old furniture. The location is quiet and isolated for comfort and relaxation.

Lots of noise a lot of the time, which was expected for Christmas (and ended by 8pm on Christmas day) - but the wedding when we arrived was not the best start. Breakfast service: get your coffee service sorted out! You are a 5* hotel and cannot keep guests waiting 15-20 mins every morning for a drink. Breakfast has a good selection but the buffet area is confusing (I kept ending up in a cooking station by mistake) and a bit chaotic. Bit of an ongoing debate between hotel guests wanting quieter music (or none!) at the adult pool and the resort‘s determination to share the Twiggy music right across the beach (albeit quieter at the hotel end thank goodness!) Wardrobe space: how odd that the room was huge but there was hardly any shelf space and no room to put 2 suitcases out … and the wardrobe space is squashed in a corner of the bathroom!?

Lovely big room overlooking the marina and Downtown skyline, beautiful views and sunsets, fabulous pools (spa and adult beach) and very helpful staff, smooth check in and welcome although we arrived before check in time, Thai restaurant is wonderful with great friendly staff

Bit of a nightmare to find room, going to and from reception and a little over priced to stay here.

Room was beautiful and meet the expectations from my booking. Staff were very professional, helpful and super friendly. Especially one in particular (lovely) who went above and beyond with our stay, making such a wonderful memory.

It was a fantastic experience. Of course this hotel is pricey but really wonderful and healing. Service is exceptional and the food delicious. I would definitely recommend it.
