The checkout was very slow and the food is not top. I have been to this hotel few times the buffet quality is deteriorated.

The food quality and taste can improve, this is in particular to the buffet serving restaurant. Also, suggest the guests are served to avoid wastage, it was awful to watch kids filling their plates only to waste 3/4 of it.

All facilities within the resort, kids play area, multiple pools, beach access and inclusive of all meals and snacks.

The check in was not good , I want to change from family room to apartment, the receptionist informed me no availability, when I spoke with his manager, it was available, it took them almost 2 hours to prepare the room. When I call them no answer, so I had to go to the reception to get the keys , once reach to my room , the keys was not programmed and it was not working

I did not like that there was barely any hot water in the shower. I did not like the noise from the room until 11 pm. I also did not like the fact that while i was trying to relax at the beach, every 5 minutes someone came by to disturb me and advertise something. All i spent at the beach was barely one hour, and first there was a lady selling her jewelry, then there was a guy asking us to use the spa, then there was a guy asking us if we wanted to take photos. God knows who else would have come and disturbed us if we stayed there longer. There are better ways the resort can advertise these things without one-on-one marketing. Really that was very bothersome. I also did not like this "book between 9 and 5 policy" for the restaurants. Although the meat point people were very accommodating and booked us at 7 pm for an 8:30 dinner (i guess because the resort was not particularly at full capacity), if people are checking in at 3 pm, do not expect them to be able to relax and research all of your restaurants and make a reservation before 5 pm. You need a way around this system . Maybe you can find a way to have the clients make a reservation upon check in immediately so that they do not miss dinner or get turned away from one of your restaurants if they do not reserve. Although i loved the experience in general, this is not a place to relax. It is more like a party place...LOVELY place for a nice buzz if you want a party getaway. People are classy and friendly and cool. Calm it is not.

We liked the staff. They upgraded both our room size and our room view. They are amazingly helpful and courteous everywhere from the lobby to the room service to the restaurants . For a resort of this size, and for this many people, i am really impressed the staff were on top of everything. Well done. there is a variety of food and drinks and the all-inclusive option makes it great value for money. The beds are comfortable. The entertainment was great. The food was great.

Food and drinks weren’t great. The a la carte restaurants had no vibe to them, they were full of kids watching Netflix whilst their parents ate. The food tasted preheated in a lot of them and not very good quality. It’s ok for a couple of days but I would struggle staying here for a week or 2 with this food

Entertainment was incredible. Facilities are good too - a very big hotel with lots of pools, sunbeds etc. If you have kids the facilities are great, if you don’t be prepared for kids to be everywhere! Avoid on school holidays if so. Rooms were spacious and very nice.

I didnt like in the fishbone restaurant was they served everything fast, they serve us the main without finishing the appetizer and by the time we got to our main dish it was not hot anymore. But the food was delectable.

We like everythijg about our stay. Im glad they have programs that they provide their guest every night. Food was okay. And especially the staff. Kudos to Mr. hani from the reception for making my husband’s birthday a memorable one. Very kind and engaging staff. And thry given us a sea view room. To mr. Rajendar from the steak house restaurant. And to all the staff in fishbone as well. They were so very nice to accomodate my request for a birthday greetings and cake for my husband and they even sang for him. Facilities were very good.

The property is old with stains on the sofa and bathroom sink and floor. Broken and swollen door. With the cost it’s not value for money.

It is a nice property with nice facilities however, if you usually stay in 5* hotels, do not expect too much as it is quite average. You have many food choices and the food is nice but not 5*. The ultra all in formula claims to have all included but snacks are nowhere to be found. We were not introduced to all the facilities hence we only went to the pool and beach. The entertainment starts at 9.30 and at 11 pm is already all off on a Saturday! Plus the main stage is not seeable from the restaurants so… we obviously missed it. We had a family suite, the room was nice and comfortable but needs renovation. No robes though and no bathtubs (in a 5*!!). The beach is nice but for such a big structure, the fact the the majority of it is not available because of the water activities, is not a good thing. There was no service at the pool meaning anything you needed, you had to go take it yourself at bar and only drinks, no food. Again, we are talking about a 5* which is not cheap at all so even though is a nice place, the value for money ratio is quite off. That staff was nice, special shoutout to Guliza at the reception/concierge and the Sri lankan concierge who helped us with the luggage who really cared about us as guests.

Unfortunately, there were a few things which seemed lacking for a 5*. When I called the booking office before booking they confirmed that they had a water park with slides and non motorized water sports were included. When I arrived at the desk, we informed reception staff that the kids were looking forward to the water slides and the lady at reception pointed them out on the map. Kids raced to the room, changed, headed to the water park to find all the slides boarded up and closed..and had been for months. No canoes or stand up padel boards either other than one padel boarding session at 9am, despite an in house manager informing me that canoeing was available for guests free of charge. No swim up bar and no pool side snacks such as nuts, pizza, hot dogs or fries. All food served in restaurants only. No ice lollies only ice cream. I would say it’s an excellent 3* all inclusive or even 4* but not quite 5*.

Staff were super friendly. Lots of them around to help. Kids club staff were great. Very friendly bar staff at Isla bar. Very clean communal areas. Food was good especially the steak restaurant. Kids club and teens club had a good variety of activities. We got a free upgrade which was great!

This is our 5th time staying here, Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Great selection of food options to suit all tastes. A good variation of entertainment most nights. Great value as an ultra all inclusive stay.

The crowd is an older crowd than expected. But nothing too bad.

The staff, from front desk to cleaning to waiters were all excellent. The room was big and very comfortable. The quality of the food at each restaurant excellent. Overall a great experience.

The rooms in the 3-d building, where were we settled first, was very outdated with poor cleaning.

I will be honest because I love this place and I used to stay here many times with my friends but this time with my wife Unfortunately there was a very bad smell especially on the bed Also, When the door to the next room is opened, my room door vibrates as if someone is opening it I wrote this because I love your hotel and I want you to focus in these tiny things Best of luck and thanks again
