They could do with some bigger towels and new bedclothes.

The location can't be beat and my room was comfy and fun, being on two levels. Pay in cash to get a better local rate (the blue dot rate favors the dollar).

When we arrived there was a problem with the bathroom. Smelled really bad. They sorted out quickly though. Bedroom’s window was just in front of plazoleta Dorrego and it was super noisy, till 5 am. People drunk, smoking and shouting. AVOID A ROOM at front of building.

Location is great. In the heart of San Telmo. Very handy to go to Airport Ezeiza as well. Bed was confortable and room was big.

NOISE-Warning do not book a room facing the square if there will be music. Music blared into my room until 5:30 AM. I am sure an inside room would have been quiet.

Across the street from San Telmo market square. Room was small, functional & comfortable. A quick continental breakfast was plenty aftef a big meal the night before.

The electric socket type - only sockets in the bathroom were adopted for accepting also the round plugs, so charging devices was a bit of a chore. Also I guess I did not pay attention when booking, did not expect the duplex situation - it did not bother me much, but could be an issue for some. Also they charged the first night on the credit card, so kiss goodbye to that blue rate advantage...

Great location on plaza Dorrego, perfect for exploring the area. Lovely view that allowed to observe the plaza. Breakfast was good, everything in the room perfectly functioning. Helpful and friendly staff, help with booking an excellent tango show.

Beds were very comfortable, and the room configuration with 2 floors was neat. The air conditioning worked really well, and the location was really ideal in terms of proximity to restaurants, bars, markets...

The hotel and the staff were completely unacceptable! We arrived for check in late due to our flights. When we arrived the desk clerk was smoking (in a no smoking environment), which al Let made me walk out right then. The smell was so strong I could smell it on my clothes just from checking in! They didn’t ask for a credit card but I had given it when I booked so I didn’t think much of it. We left for an excursion early the next k morning and when we returned we were locked out of our room! They told us we couldn’t get in our room or get our belongings because we didn’t pay!!! I showed them my book I g confirmation showing I was going to be charged 50% at booking and the rest st check out. They just kept arguing with me. I had to agree to pay a night right then even though I should have been charged through booking. Plus I had to pay an extra fee. Keep in mind they never contacted me that day or tried to resolve the payment issue before this. They were rude, unhelpful and the how was not worth the cost!ugh better hotels for much less in the same plaza!

Breakfast was very poor. My coffee was heated in the microwave and dread was dry. Only plastic packages of jam, butter, yoghurt etc.

The breakfast consiisted of a tiny bit of stale museli, tea/coffee, some pastries and a fruit Juice in a packet. No fruit. Frankly why bother or was it the thought that counts. Unfortunately the hotel is located on top of a restaurant and I was kept up until 2 - 3am in the morning. Due to the noise. The neighbourhood is not safe at night but I didn't have any issues. For the money and the things mentioned I would advise anyone to seek another hotel.

Bed was semi confortable. Staff seemed. Attentive. There was hot water. Air conditioning. Location was ok for places that accepted dollar blue rate.

Our room was unfortunately really small - not enough space to keep even one suitcase on the floor and still walk around, let alone both of them at the same time. It was also windowless, and right next to the reception/breakfast area, so we were aware of any and all movement and conversation in the communal area. The breakfast provided was not amazing.

Absolutely perfect location right on Plaza Dorrego; couldn't be better placed. The staff were very helpful with extra requests. Hot shower and good aircon. Nice to have breakfast provided.

1 - dirty, there were dead mosquitos smashed on the curtain 2 - electric sockets… brocken, detached… unsafe! And so, no bedside light on one side 3 - noisy, right above the entrance of the building, few meters from the road 4 - no vent, impossible to remove humidity after the shower 5 - shower is leaking outside, the bath becomes a pond 6 - the curtains… missing or not working (I rolled it up by hand in the morning, a useless paper curtain) 7 - ok for a basic breakfast, but this is a bit too basic I think… the least of the problems though
