Some restaurant staff. They refused to provide room service saying that they are very busy now. It is unacceptable.

An excellent location near the stunning medieval centre of Hall in Tirol. The view through the large glass windows. The excellent breakfast.

There is no air condition. To be fair, they don't advertise one and I like to avoid them unless absolutely necessary, but in a glass tower in the form of a yoghurt cup on a hot summer day, one should have anticipated quite some heat developing. So, it was really hot and opening the two windows didn't make up for that.

We received a upgrade to a room on the north side ... The panorama is breathtaking and the size of the room was quite big.

Basic hotel located in quiet part of the city near the historical core. There are plenty of restarurants, bistros and cafes nearby. The rooms are soundproofed, WiFi is fast. Room equipment is basic, without mini-bar, but still comfortable enough. Check-in and check-out was without issues. The staff is kind and professional. The breakfasts were rich and delicious.

Prefer an upper level room, ours was on 1st floor and view was not nice (had some big shades) as per picture. Breakfast decent but not great variety of stuff. No refrigerator in the room. Prefer also a room with a shower, the bath tub was not convenient, a lot of water coming out.

Very nice location, much quieter than staying in Innsbruck. Staff very kind. There is an underground parking with nice price (8 euro per day).

The bathroom door doesn't close properly, so it always remains a little bit open and you don't have complete privacy. The hotel is quite far from the Innsbruck town, if you go by foot, but at least is very close to the public transportation.

Extremely comfortable bed, nice view over the Hall in Tirol old town, rich and tasty breakfast with many fruit and vegetable options, clean and spacious room.

Nothing really, there has been some scaling back because of the pandemic, but no reduction in the service.

We have stayed here numerous times as a stopover and longer stays in the area. The rooms are very comfortable with lots of hot water for baths or showers. The reception/bar area is large and airy and is used by locals for drinks so has a good vibe. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The spa is offers a variety of therapeutic rooms and is one of the best I have been to. Be aware no cossies are worn, but there are dressing gowns provided in bedrooms and a plentiful supply of towels in the spa. The hotel is very modern and situated just outside the medieval walls of Hall in Tirol so an easy walk, it is small but has pretty architecture and a selection of shops and cafes. Several good bakeries. By car you can reach several ski areas and beautiful lakes, castles and Kristellwelten (Swarovski) and Innsbruck. And the Italian border is close by. Everyone says hallo.

I love this hotel! A really great, distinctive modern building that provides outstanding views from the bedrooms, which are spacious, well fitted out and spotlessly clean. The location in Hall im Tirol is great. The town is interesting and it’s a short trip into Innsbruck by either car or bus. The staff are amazingly friendly, and the bar/lounge and restaurant are great places to relax after a day of sightseeing or trekking etc! Plus there’s secure parking in the basement garage.
