The room was super clean and comfortable. There is a coffee machine and a powerful hair dryer. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and almost 20 minutes walk to the St Stephen's Cathedral which is OK for me. The kitchen is well-equipped. It was also budget friendly and nice stay.

No side lamps. The cleaning lady did not replace coffee or took the dirty cups. They just made the bed and bring towels, no cleaning

I really liked the common space belonging to the rooms for rent, which, although it is only tastefully designed, is abundantly equipped with kitchen accessories (plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.), equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave oven, giving the opportunity to make use of them.

No elevator. 1.5 floors. No reception, easy automated checkin.

Clean, comfortable, easy checkin, good and safe location: close to the city centre and to public transportation (line D, U4) Also includes kitchen, fridge, vending machine, tea, coffee.. This is my second stay the Riess Apartment hotel. I highly recommend.

No lineage in hall. Would never have discovered kitchen if cleaning woman hadn't directed. No sign for a utility room for ironing. Only problem but a fairly big one.

the room felt really small for that price, but it was comfortable and very clean! other than that, everything else was great.

The place is really well located, close to the centre, museums, cafes and restaurants and the canal on the other side for walks. A tram stop just outside. I liked how clean and quiet it was. The facilities were great - fridge and a coffee machine in the room, access to the fully equipped kitchen. The room itself was quite small, other than that I was very happy with the stay.

This is my second stay at Riess. 15-20 min walk to inner city also hotel is near to the tram station, really good neighborhood, cleaning lady was so cute, room has enough facilities and there is also a big kitchen for common use.

The instructions about the key and the box were not that obvious initially, but worked in practice. My room was on the street side, so was somewhat noisy due to traffic. Towels easily fall of bathroom hooks, risking unwanted towel change. Kitchen bins do not indicate how to segregate for recycling.

The room was pleasant and simple, with coffee machine and fridge. Nice bathroom + toiletries. Spacious shared kitchen with additional tea/coffee supplies.

Very clean and comfortable room. We liked the location, which was quiet and a welcome relief from the crowds of the city centre, while also being within very convenient walking distance - 15 mins or so. Nice neighbourhood restaurants and cafes nearby

The downside is that you can have rowdy neighbours, we had a couple of people screaming in the hallways in the middle of the night.

The room was very clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and happy to help us with anything we needed. You also have a kitchen down the hall, so that is a big plus if you want to cook some breakfast in the morning. Also, right next to the hotel is a very good pizza place, I highly recommend it. And you will have a grocery store right around the corner. It's about a 10-15 walk to the city center, which we have enjoyed. I will definitely return here when I have the chance.

Check-In system didn’t work when checking out so I had to hand my key to the cleaner which seemed a bit off.

Very nice apartment style hotel. Reminded me of my student times. Clean af and comfy ikea bed. Super central.

The walls and windows are very thin and you can hear the outside, it was not convenient at night
