Early in the morning the corridor outside our room was a bit noisy, with people going in and out of the doors next to ours, which disturbed our sleep.

The location was excellent. An easy walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The room was well laid out and comfortable. We loved the views! The porter was friendly and helpful, which was lovely.

The concierge was fantastic. Opened the door and took my soaking umbrella and looked after my dripping mess. At all times were greeted in a professional but friendly manner.

Seafood linguine at the Croft restaurant was somewhat bland. Needed more flavour, like chilli flakes or something. The sauna at the pool area was too cold, I didnt even break a sweat. The sauna need repair/a look at to check if its working properly.

The bathroom in the room was beautiful, so spacious and luxe. The room was also quite big and there was a king bed which was amazing. The pool area was also great, for the most part, but a bit busy. The steam room, pool and spa were great at the pool.

Stained bath towel; broken door handle on bathroom; no complimentary chocolates or anything for guest birthday despite hotel confirming upon booking that yes they could meet such a special request. Also no menu/room service.

The water pressure wasn't fantastic and my room was supposed to have a bath but did not. The milk provided was tiny little pottles of UHT and did not taste good. Bring your own bottled water too if thats what you like as it was only available at a cost in the mini bar.

Great location, comfortable bed and decent size room with views across the park. Room completely noise proof and black out curtains meaning great sleep.

Found some lolly wrappers on the floor and also juice had been leaking through the bar fridge and had not been cleaned up.

Bed was extremely comfortable and location suited our purpose for this short stay. We didnt use the remainder of the hotel facilities. Staff happily assisted us to check in earlier after our inbound overseas flight. We just needed to sleep.

The overnight temp was a bit too warm and it was difficult to turn down the air con. I asked for some toothpaste but it never arrived.

Initial contact with receptionist who insisted that we were booked for a single night whereas we had written confirmation from booking ,com that we were booked , confirmed and paid for two nights, And she refused to read our confirmation documentation. Not a good start but reality finally won out.

The pillows were terrible. They were really my only complaint. Change the pillows ! They are too soft and flat and offer no support. The steam room wasn’t working. The sauna wasn’t very hot.. not sure if it was just me, or a problem with the sauna. There was no bowl of water in there to create more heat and steam either. Minor complaint though.

The size of the room was good. I loved the big bath tub in the bathroom and big Tv. And location was perfect for our needs as it was very good position to navigate for walks to either The rocks, City Mall or darling harbour. It was easy walking distance to get around. Central to all these places. I would stay here again.

We had drinks in the bar the last night we were there, you had a conference on and the place was packed, very noisy. and you couldn't get to the bar. We decide to go elsewhere.
