Rooms are a little dated, but didn't bother us at all. Perfect for families with kids.

Great stay for families with kids! We LOVED the heated spa and swimming pools, utilised the gym. Across the street is a patrolled beach. Highly recommend.

The cleanliness of the property in particular the couch.

The pools outdoor area and location were fantastic. The appartments was very grubby. The couch inside the unit was filthy and I hesitated to sit on it.

Didn't like that the mugs were dirty and plate dirty and sand in the sink, clothes basket and on top of the washing machine. There was no Body wash or conditioner in the shower. Foxtel didn't work, so spent sometime to get the maintenance man to fix it.

Pool location excellent. Room a bit small but the studio was good enough for 2 people.

I didn’t like having to pre purchase the use of beach towels I believe that should be inclusive with pool facilities I was also told we had to wash our own towels in 3 day stay as no others would be provided . I’ve never come across that scenario before ever in my travels . We were always given fresh towels on request.

There are few misbehaving teen boys around, and they were swearing n racist. Jumping around in the pool where it's clearly said 'no jumping '

The fridge in my room had an overwhelming seafood smell, I let reception know and they were sending a cleaner to see if they could fix it. Unfortunately the smell was still there so perhaps a box of odour absorber might be a good idea. The bed was a little hard, could use a mattress topper but that is also a personal choice.

The staff were all lovely and friendly and very helpful. Jessica or Jess in particular (I think was her name.) she was fabulous so helpful, friendly and chatty could not do enough and was great if I needed anything. The room was very well appointed had everything I needed. The pools were amazing and literally metres from my room. Proximity to the beach and the surf club is fabulous. Bus stops right out the front; close connections to everywhere. Great walking paths.

The gas hot water was a bit noisy at night.

Loved the pool area, it was huge. The kids ( and us) loved the slide! The rooms were comfortable. Yes they needed an update - but we were happy in them :) very convenient to have the kitchen and the mini mart on the corner.

The property has a fantastic pool which is heated. It is very large & suitable for all ages. The parking is good. Location is central to great places to eat either by walking or a short drive. The beach is family friendly & across the road with other beaches close by. Australia Zoo was well worth the visit, 30 min drive.

Parking will always be a big issue as the coast grows; nothing to take personally.

Location was great; close to many dinning options. Weather wasn’t great, but the pool areas and beach looked beautiful for our next visit. Great walk to Cotton Tree and Mooloolaba. Friendly; helpful staff, clean apartment and amenities; rooms lovely and quiet

Air conditioning was strange where some rooms were freezing and others warm, multiple BBQ’s not working.

Rudeness of an outside/pool person when children had done the wrong thing- parents should have been approached rather than yelling at the child.

The cleaning of the rooms was very poor. The air conditioning needs cleaning as the duct vents were black and also on the roof from the dust from aircons over time, which gave a smell when running them. Bandaids in the sliding door tracks to the verandah and food under the couch. Ocean view as advertised when booking But definitely not the view when we arrived. View blocked by reception building.

The location was fantastic straight across from the beach ⛱️ the pool is large enough to have your own quiet swim after a day at the beach. The staff were polite on arrival.
