Only 1 chair available on balcony. Balcony door rattled alot during windy weather.

Fantastic location, quick walk to everything. Accomodation was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Easy access for parking. Friendly staff. Amentities such as spa, pool and sauna were great to be able to use and were always clean.

The office staff while very friendly did not know much about transport or services around the area that would have provided helpful information for planning the day.

We were at the front of the hotel so had a perfect view. The room was well appointed and large with two bedrooms and bathrooms that well suited our needs. Great location for walking into surfers for food. Meant that we did not require other transport.

Great Surfers Paradise location, across the road from the beach & short walk to restaurants & supermarket. I loved the ocean view & sea breezes & onsite, covered parking.

As we stayed for 6 days, it would of been nice if we were given more than one soap sachet to clean dishes with, if we offered new towels half way through our stay and if there was small cleaning tools as we had kids, like a broom or spray and wipe to help keep the apartment clean while we stayed.

Toilet bowl stains they should be replaced, showers need cleaning of mould etc around the enclosures, main shower shower head needs replacing, lifts need overhaul, not reliable

There was 3 lifts and some days only one lift was working , couldn’t go to the basement had to use the stairs, so you had to take all your luggage down the stairs, very frustrating, especially been so hot. The Wifi was absolutely terrible, used most of my data for the 10 days we were there. The shower wasn’t very clean at all.

The location was good, walking distance to restaurants, the view we had was great we had ocean view, the room was good comfortable bed , had a ceiling fan for the hot nights.

Disappointed spa didn’t work. Some more dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets would be good. Only had one sachet of each.

Location brilliant. Outside pool, BBQ and gardens were just beautiful Indoor pool clean, however spa wax broken the whole time we were there. Dishes and cutlery in cupboards were dirty and outside of fridge was dirty but apartment itself and bedrooms, bathrooms etc were clean.

The late check in process was difficult & the property needed a lot of information in order to give us free wifi (had to sign up for a program). *The property charged me an additional charge for a credit card payment, but did not offer any other options. When questioned, no response was received. Only 1 elevator was functional to service the 17 floors of the property - we waited a lot at reception. We eventually started using the stairwell instead.

The location was perfect, with views of the ocean. The rooms were spacious and two bathrooms made the property very convenient.
