The whole place needs a lot of work, old beds and furniture, noisy guests in adjoining rooms, the pool was empty apparently getting fixed. The grounds were unkept, our bathroom had leaking taps pipes and shower head making bathroom floor constantly wet and dangerous. No extra blankets or pillows, even coffee/tea making facilities lacked , just 2 old cups no saucers or mugs, no wine glasses so less than basic even. Tiny television I couldn’t even read with glasses on.

It was cheap and I guess you get what you pay for, but it was a last minute booking. We stayed here 14 years ago and it wasn’t great then, even worse now. The location is the best part of this hotel.

They didn't have the room I booked and payed extra for (water view) and no offer for refund. The balcony for the room we were given was shared with main function area (and there was a function on til late). Very noisy from other rooms, especially above. The furniture was old and very scruffy and broken.

There was no restaurant available, at the time we were there , Also no information about what was available in the rooms about what the motel had to offer there guests, no soap , shampoo , no chair in room I was in, and the grounds out side untidy And the place needs a coat of paint. Also needs large display sign at front gate Other then that it was good for the price.

Pretty outdated. Lots of repairs needed. No fan in bathroom. Shower/Bath fixtures not working properly. TV was old. Main sign out the front was broken so it was very hard to locate at night. No guarantee of onsite parking. May have to park in street out the front. Would have liked a breakfast option. Restaurant onsite but not operational and no water in the pool. No onsite overnight management.

Bed was reasonable. Great view from room in the morning. Reception staff were friendly.

The hotel is old and in desperate need of renovation or restoration. The grounds were messy, overgrown, and neglected. The pool area was not appealing at all, it doesn't look the same as in the photos. The umbrellas were covered in mold and moss. The pool area was unkept and the pool seemed a little murky. The room was basic but relatively clean upon brief inspection. The decor and facilities were outdated though. The windows didn't have fly screens on them, so we couldn't have them open for fear the kids would lean over and fall out. The back carpark was a mess and we overlooked what used to be a tennis court but is now dilapidated and closed. This place has ALOT of potential but it is in desperate need of some TLC.

Location is excellent, it is right on the water and only a few minutes walk to the main part of the Entrance.

Sliding door didnt lock,toilet seat was damaged,shower ran out of hot water 2 minutes after you turned it on.

Water damage in kitchen cupboard, mouldy smell. No drainage for air conditioning resulting in green sludge that one has to step over to access patio. Outdoor patio areas full of weeds, grass growing throughout pavers. Patio tables and chairs not cleaned. Wi-fi kept dropping out. Felt unsafe showering, needs hand rails for support getting in and out. Lounge/day beds were filthy and uncomfortable. TV was old, so couldn’t use it stream programs from our devices. No TV in bedroom.

Room is roomy, location is good, close to everything, bed is too soft. Unfortunately my room was connected to next door rooms, even it was securely locked but next door room's TV was on all night and noisy, I and my husband couldn't sleep all night. I called reception and it was closed.

Quality of the room, cleanliness poor, paint peeling off shower tiles, pool not maintained properly, sliding door to veranda didn’t work and management wanted to repair it while we were there! Didn’t request repair-they knew it was already broken but let us have the room anyway! Took 10 minutes to check in. Poor facilities in room and not as advertised on the internet. Property in disrepair and rubbish lying around everywhere!

WAs advertised..theHave stayed here on previous occasions the place is very neglected.Broken mirror in bedroom doors hinges on fridge cupboard broken no handles on vanity doors.The parking area is full of pot holes.No restarant.The pool area again neglected.Windows grubby.reception area not welcoming.Room not serviced and hard to communicate with staff

no lock on glass door, in another room no fly screen on 3rd level window or no locks on window and the other room had rubbish all under the bed. ( family were staying in 3 rooms ) people next door in room knocking on door to be told wrong room at 1am then had a very loud fight throwing stuff around till 4 am ( this is after coming back from wedding to see them running around the car pack half nuked lol ) then in the morning ( pretty sure sign has pool open at 10 or something like that ) got woken up at 7:30 because kids are screaming in the pool so just packed up and left at 8am other family members could not find stuff at 9 to let them know about the people next door so just left. this would have to be the worst place I have ever stayed. photos on your ad need to be updated $260 a night was just disgraceful. will never stay again.

For $179 I would expect a clean carpet, decent couch and a fair sized tv. Air con was old and not great. The couple next door seemed to have fantastic sex....all night. Very much like a tired, used YHA room. Reminded me of cheap rooms in Bangkok.
