Sliding door to outside was broken however someine came and fixed it very quickly. The door had hand prints all over and some of the utensils weren’t cleaned properly. But these things aren’t that bad and easy fix.

Good price for what you get. Got a penthouse and was nice and spacious.

The apartment was missing a few things: kitchen items (chopping board, tea towels) and an alarm clock/somewhere to play music. The coffee table is an accident waiting to happen, All glass with sharp corners that moves as it’s not connected to the legs properly.

The hotel was close to everything, the beds were comfy and the apartment was spacious. Loved that I could park my car in the hotels car park for the whole of my stay (2nights) for $50.

On arrival we were given a corner 1 br apartment (57) which we immediately disliked. Our request for a better place was not handled well by the lady on reception, who promised to re-allocate us. When we asked Harry about this next morning, he could find no sign that she had fulfilled her promise. However Harry searched for us and found a vacant room (110) for us; available the next day, which we gladly accepted. It met all our expectations (as it was the room type we had always received before) and we were delighted. Prior to all this I had enquired via email for an alternative to the booking offer of a corner unit, which was met by a reply suggesting that we would have an opportunity to 'immerse' ourselves in the Melb lifestyle, with no offer of an alternative. This rather dismissive reply (which I can show you if interested) bordering on sarcasm was not particularly appreciated. This, by the way, explains some apparently contradictory opinions given earlier- we experienced two different levels of accommodation- surprising, perhaps, as we have stayed with you each time we visit Melbourne.

We loved Room 110 which Harry found for us after the abysmal Room 57. Above all we were deeply impressed by this staff member's efforts to find a better Room for us- we could not thank him enough. He sets a high standard indeed!

Couldn’t work out the bathroom exhaust, so I set the fire alarm when drying my hair - no biggy.

Location was perfect for our visit this time round. We normally stay at Adina on Flinders Street. We’ll be back 😊

More utensils for cooking Instructions for heater, couldn't get it to go past 21 and it was a chilly night. TV remote in bedroom not working

Very comfortable bed, bath in bathroom and balcony with city views. Good distance to Swanson St, trams, China Town and Fed Square. Overall a very convenient location that was a great space to rest after our adventures.

Pool was cold. Kitchen bench was dirty and coffee facilities were not stocked properly only decafe coffee available.

We love the fact that we get a hotel feel with all the comforts of home like a kitchen with large fridge and dishwasher as well as a washing machine and dryer. The bed was super comfortable and we slept uninterrupted with no noises from the hotel or the street. The space is really large with a comfortable couch, chairs and dining table. The staff were professional and kind. We’ve already rebooked for our next visit in a couple of months.

Cleanliness is lacking, esp on the carpet area. There were specks or remnants of stuff on the carpet. The sofa is stained.

Great location, walking distance to most places and restaurants in cbd. We got the penthouse apartment and it was very spacious. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
