Our bedding was stained on arrival but was quickly rectified. The tv in our room didn’t work , we where told it would be looked at and fixed but nothing was done to rectify the issue during the course of our 4 night stay .

The resort itself was beautiful , rooms were very spacious and equipped with everything for a 4 night stay . Kitchen was great along with laundry . Lovely aesthetic and great facilities . The restaurant had a great menu also !

We did find old mouldy food in the microwave which was no doubt left by the previous guests. The smell was quite unpleasant. The staff, once notified, did apologise and come to the room with deodoriser and cleaned the microwave. I also left my pillow behind in the room, which was found and taken to reception. Unfortunately when I picked it up the following afternoon, my expensive silk pillowcase was missing and has still not been located. Disappointing since my pillow is a hard small rectangle which is very different to the resort pillows and would be easily identified as not being a part of the room.

Had a lot of trouble with the tv . Restaurant is separately owned and food was great but service wasn't , no sugar offered for tea and coffee , no salt and pepper offered for food , no napkins given , easy things that they should get right

On my first day I was able to get an early cappuccino, as the restaurant opened early the rest of our time it didn’t open till 12. Only a minor detail though, as the reception staff were kind enough to send over a Nespresso machine with pods, when I asked for one.

The one bedroom apartment was perfect, the swim out pool was just amazing so convenient and the pool was crystal clear. I saw the hard working staff daily keep the pool and hot tubs clean. Loved the tennis courts and steam room, and lap pool. I simply cannot fault our stay. The cocktails and mocktails were great at happy hour, they were delicious.

We could hear traffic noise through the night and people yelling a bit. I like things real quiet. If we come again I would love a really quiet room somewhere. WE sat on the balcony in the cool morning but there was no sun so a bit chilly so my ideal room is , quiet, overlooking the pool and in the sun.

I loved the pool. Fantastic! I love swimming and have never been in such a long pool. It was cold! so I just did a couple of laps around, 1km.

When ever we go at Nelson bay we stayed at this resort hotel. Staffs are helpful the place was excellent with beautiful ambiance. The structure of the resort was great so rounded by pool. We had swim out room on terrace.
