Nowhere to put bags and clothes ,lack of sunshine so very chilly in cold weather, excellent for summer ,refrigerator difficult to regulate so some foods were frozen then not cold enough when I turned it down .Our concerns were quickly dealt with by staff .

No drawer space for your clothes, only hanging space. We are looking for a wedding venue, there was anywhere to really hang a dress. Maybe some kindling for the fire would of been helpful however, we managed without it.

Car space was really convenient to the cabins Bedding was great and plenty of wood was left for us for a fire It is so tranquil there, we lay in bed late and were able to relax and unwind. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They have the cleanest rooms I have ever been too

Dirty ceilings bugs and spider webs inside and outside windows. I used the broom myself to clear the webs from the bathroom window frame so I could open the window, Fan not working in the bathroom and clogged up with dust. Used cotton tip on the floor in the bathroom on arrival. Broken dusty blinds with missing slat in bedroom area. I was disappointed with cleaning standards. Ceilings were in need of a real clean. Just look up!

$15 firewood didn't go very far and wasn't effective in heating the room. very cold in bathroom. branch knocking on side of room on and off most of the night .

close to where we had been for a church event, so not far to drive. lovely big space, but hard to heat because of that. nice to have a kitchenette and atmosphere of a log fire.

Arrived and found our verandah backed onto neighbours property and they were mowing lawns and people outside not far from unit very noisy so had to be inside with door shut.They eventually stopped.Woke up on Sunday our anniversary to their dogs barking mowing lawns and the hedger going.especially booked this place as the photos seemed to show forest and peace and tranquillity.I can get the barking dogs mowing lawns, hedging and people talking back at home without paying ,disappointed .

Unfortunately the accommodation wasn't very clean. There was long black hair all over the bathroom and sheets/towels and mould in the shower. It was a real turn off for us. They also only provided 1 roll of toilet paper which we ran out of.

We love the secluded location and it's close proximity to restaurants.

The cottage was poorly organised regarding placement of furniture. There was no table to eat at inside. Light came in through the high windows so it was impossible to sleep in. The fittings were dated. The small fridge was crammed full with the mini bar stocks, so there was very little space for our food. Wood for the fire was $10 per bag. There were no instructions or manual as you would normally expect in rental accommodation. It was a bit cluttered and there was no place for bags or drawers. For the price, we expected more.

It was a quiet location with established gardens. The bed was very comfortable and the cottage was clean. When we noticed the remote control for the tv was missing (after hours) we were able to get it replaced quickly. The fire place was great for warming the room.

Gardens looked beautiful and well maintained. Obviously it was closed due to Covid for a period because of the green algae on the cabin outside walls near front door. The timber flooring at front entry has weathered and needs repainting otherwise lay out was great. Due of the time it was not vacant it could have had some maintenance done to these areas. The young lady was very accommodating and pleasant in assisting us with accommodation.

The huge upper window didn’t have any curtains or blinds, so the sun streamed in in the morning and we couldn’t have a proper sleep-in! A real pity, given we were there for a kid-free retreat. Given the price range and how it is marketed as a couples/honeymoon retreat, the facilities could do with an upgrade and perhaps a lick of paint.

Room was well appointed but considerably overpriced in our opinion. We have stayed in superior accomodation for less cost. Expected a view from the Booking.com website whereas there was none. Nowhere to sit and eat in the unit. We had to drag the balcony furniture into the unit in order to have a table to eat.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful, room was of large size, kitchen was well equipped for this style of accomodation. Grounds an d surrounds were well kept.

Too much signage in the property of not what to do. Bed was in the lounge room rather than private room.

I loved that the gardens and trees could be seen from inside the property and it gave it a spacious feeling. Luxurious and very clean. Close to restaurants and shops.

The main room and bathroom were huge but the kitchen was small, particularly the fridge, and the cupboard space was non existent, not even a coat hanger - easy to fix and would make the stay more comfortable

Amazing staff and awesome location but it was just a few small things that disappointed me like the spa bath didn't work and the TV didn't have all the free to air channels cause it's not a HD TV. The blinds were hard to close and windows sticky to open, also a small fridge with no freezer so bringing home some ice cream wasn't really an option. Other than the smaller things it was an amazing room with a little fireplace to keep you very warm (firewood is $10 a bag) also was told they have wifi on arrival, but it kept dropping out and then was very slow when connected.
