There wasn't any cups or cutlery. The TV only worked on one channel. The wifi didn't work at all.The biscuits were stale.

Cleanliness - dirty bathroom, mouldy shower, dirty carpet, unwashed eiderdowns. Facilities - just a kettle. Nothing else. Broken furniture - 30kg child sat on a chair and it collapsed. Faulty appliances - TV, aircon not working. Permanent residents - untidy outdoor areas, noisy, yappy dog.

The receptionist was very rude, holes in the roof The walls were filthy, no remote for the aircon you had to climb on a chair and stretch over a cupboard to access the controls to change the settings from warm to cold, all the water pipes I. The place make horrible noises and you can hear when the next room guests are in The shower, disgusting paint job throughout the motel and bathroom… When booking you see the river, when you pay you get sent across the road to a very tired motel room with disgusting mattresses on the beds, extremely thin block out curtains do absolutely nothing and the window above the door has no blind so the night lights shine in The room all night long

Had booked and reviewed confirmation of a ground floor room due to mobility issues on arrival was told too bad we are fully booked. Given a room up some steep and treacherous steps and no assistance to get my luggage up. Then there was a violent series of altercations in rooms adjacent and on the balcony that started at 11:30 and continued until nearly 2am and no intervention from staff.

The rooms are split across 2 halves on either side of the road. In my room which is across the road from where the hotel reception is, my bathroom floors was very dirty. When I picked up the floor towel after my shower, the bathroom floor had made the towel very dirty. I did mention this to the manager and he asked the cleaner to use a clean mop and water when doing floors. Also, the only free internet available is in the lobby of the office. There is no free internet available in the rooms across the road where my room was, and also, even though it is advertised that there is internet available for a fee, the manager said that it does not work on the other side of the road.

Old, not clean and not maintained. Lucky we read reviews and took our own cleaning products and extra supplies. Towels thread bare. Shower mold. Carpet smelly. Frig iced up. TV remote not working, told to use manually. 2 coffee cups, nothing else. No room service for 4 nights, had to ask for extra toilet paper. We survived.

Great location in Windsor. Parking was at the front door of the motel room. Bed was hard but ok.

A few days out from my stay I had to reduce the number of days from 5 to 3 needing to cancel the last 2 days. I sent a request through Booking.com a couple of days out which went unanswered. I sent another request the day I arrived, no response. The reception staff said I had to talk to the owner who was only on the premises from 10am to 3pm while I was busy & couldn't attend. I sent an email direct to the the property's email address & still got no response. So I ended up paying for 5 nights accommodation when I only needed 3. Not so much having to pay the extra but to be completely ignored shows a contempt of the management for their customers. DON'T STAY HERE! I told the training organisation I was attending about this who used to recommend staying here, they will change that recommendation to their customers. DON'T STAY HERE!

Was in a good location for my purposes.
