Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Casselbergh was five star. The room was outstanding. The staff kind and attentive. Everywhere where was impeccably clean and well kept. The lounge and bar had a wonderful ambience. The wellness centre was an added bonus. The breakfast was amazing. It really made our stay and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone considering staying in a Bruges.

United KingdomOn this occasion we stayed one night inthe new section of the hotel because the costs for our usual room have increased greatly,however we returned to the old section paying a supplement ,although this was discounted by an exceptional receptionist.I believe the hotel should look again at the pricing of the Prestige rooms as this would prevent us returning to this excellent hotel which would be a shame.
Having stayed at several hotels in Bruges the Casselburgh is by far the best,its location is ideal near to shops the main square and restaurants.The building is magnificent, the old part retaining historic architecture .The rooms in the old part are spacious and decorated to a very high standard.The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of fare catering for all.

IrelandIt was our 30th wedding anniversary and hoped we might get upgraded as we stayed there before but got a fairly basic room. There was a box of 4 chocolates left which was a, nice touch.
Stunning hotel in centre of bruges. We stayed before and loved it. Very comfortable beds and breakfast was exceptional. Decor is fabulous and the bar is lovely.

United KingdomA mix up with the making up of our room.. the phrase lost in translation comes to mind.But with a lot of insistence on the day we managed to resolve the situation. The view of the canal was minimal, so no wow factor so a bit disappointing and as we were on the roof space we had to contend with sloping ceilings.
Really good great location and very impressive first impressions. Lovely breakfast and a good bed.
