The street under the windows is very busy, you can hear the cars and trucks until late in the night. But at least earplugs are provided.

The location is bit far from the centre.

The staff is very polite and helpful. They go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. They conversations are however via translating apps if you don’t speak Italian but they’re patient enough to do that. There’s a parking on premises which can be booked. The kitchen is well stacked and there are a lot of options for the breakfast. All in all a good complete package.

The road where we had to leave the car was right outside the property but it was a bit worrying as it was such a busy road.

Very warm welcome and we were well looked after throughout our stay. We took the recommendations of where to eat lunch and evening meal, had good experiences with both. Chatted to Astrid and her friend Benedicta, who were both lovely. We would have been happy to stay longer.

the trains and buses are a bit ambiguous, the train line didn’t show on google maps so we were unsure on how to reach the property. our train got cancelled all day on one of our days so just be aware of the unpredictability.

the aircon was brilliant, the breakfast addition was fantastic just what we needed as an extra touch

The host was exceptional - helpful, kind and generous. Breakfast was more than we expected and the common areas were lovely. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was extremely clean. Location was so convenient to the train into the heart of Rome. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and would highly recommend Villa Drusilla.

Position would be fine if the train(or bus) to the hotel is on time, but it isn't and it's a little worrying if you've got a train or plane to catch. If you don't have worries about that, this place is perfect!

We arrived late at night, but the host - Astrid - waited for us, and (with a little help from google translate) showed us around. She was very friendly, and we didn’t have to pay additional cost, despite the late check-in. The room itself was pretty, the A/C worked and the window cancelled nearly all the noise from the street, even though it is a busy one. We were told that not to expect too much from Italian breakfast, but it was not a problem. Aside from baked goods and coffee, there were ham, eggs and fruits too. The only thing we were scared of is the location, but it is not a problem. The train station is a 4 minute walk, and the train leaves often.

At only 20 minutes on train from Piazza del Popolo, Villa Drusilla is an excellent option for those visiting Rome but still wanting some quiet. The host was very attentive and helpful, and while she didn't speak my language, she made sure that there was an interpreter when I arrived.

The only disadvantage for tourists looking for a nightlife attractions in Rome is that the last train leaves from Flaminio station at 10.40 p.m. and after that hour You need to take a taxi going back before morning hours

Imagine a host waiting for You in spite of very late arrival in a place where You can drink something hot or cold and have a snack at the time all shops and restaurants are already closed…Making You feel as at home:) Yes, it happens in a real world! The rooms are cleaned every day, the place is very nice with good energy;) The train station is very close so You can easily access to Rome’s main attractions
