Lock Box instructions would have been helpful. Lock to main door is very difficult to use and it shows as the wood around the lock is extremely damaged I'm sure from folks who have tried so hard to get the lock to work. It took us around 25 minutes to get it to work. Contacted the help desk and they just keep saying - IT WORKS (not helpful at all). Our visit was Tues/Wed/Thur so the bars below were not a problem, but I can see during Fri/Sat how it could be very loud.

Door didn’t look properly just as well the area made me feel safe as door was hold shut didn’t stop us from enjoying ourself but to put people at ease get the door fixed and get tv working as my dad likes to watch tv when chilling in between exploring

This apartment was on pride street so there was a drag concert right outside our window until 3am. It was so loud we could hear every word to every song. There was also someone doing drugs on the first floor and the smell had our apartment wreaking of them, although the corridor was MUCH worse, so at least there was some kind of buffer, but we had to sleep with a window open because the smell was so strong it made it hard to sleep for two nights. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and it looked like our toilet hadn’t been cleaned in ages. There were chipped dishes that were too dangerous to eat off of, and one of the nights the power was off to the building so the code wasn’t working to get into the building and we contacted the property with no response for the next three days. Luckily we pounded until someone came and let us in, but it’s kind of a rough area at night being adjacent to a bar so it was unnerving being there with kids not being able to get into the building.

No plug for sinks and bath. There was also no shower curtain so when trying to use the shower water went everywhere and the room was not designed for this. These two things made it very hard to wash. The pillows had a plastic surface which was coming off. The pillows and mattresses were uncomfortable. The wifi was unplugged when we got in so we had to figure out we needed to plug it back in. The wallpaper was coming off in the hall and there was mold. There was also mold in a bowl of decorative conkers. It s near some clubs so was loud on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday but was quiet on the Thursday.

The apartment is spacious. The flat was warm. It was a good location in the centre of brussels, near lots of attractions and restaurants. The beds were big. The sofa bed was fine

Contact with hosts was disgraceful. There was no electricity upon my arrival and I was unable to get in touch with the hosts. I had to figure out and fix the electricity myself.

1- They mentioned on the application that it has dishwasher, however in our apartment there wasn’t. 2- The water was so cold so was expecting the water heater to work but instead it was locked and we had to use the cold water all the time even for the showers. 3- Tried to call twice the customer service contact in the guide inside the room which was mentioned 24/7 but no-one answered.

Recommended only for Adults group. its a Dark theme flat ,unfinished building works ,Kids may not like it. Poor maintenance of Toilet & Bathroom. Disturbance at night while other residents pass by because of the glass window at Kitchen.

It is in the centre of bar area so it was extremely noisy even till 3-4am in the morning. Many in the apartment require repairs or replacement.

the bathroom was frustrating specifically the shower. the hot water heater was hard to work and the shower would overflow onto the floor. also the staff sent us the wrong code for the lock box.

The bed is too soft. It is a pity that the absolutely lovely apartment that is also in principle nicely furnished lacks in details. There is no hanger for towels in the shower, the boiler is placed visually strange and the light switches are at impossible places. These are all details but they make the stay a bit more complicated than necessary. Also, the way that the apartment is set up, it is difficult if one person has to get up earlier or go to sleep later as the shower is in the bedroom and the toilet in the corridor. Also the doors have glass windows. It is, of course, complaining on very high level. I found it a bit disappointing that the reception is not very responsive to requests of changing the dates. It is free to cancel but requests are not answered for 5 days, upon call they ask me to contact booking as it is booked over booking. Otherwise everything worked fine, instructions were coming over mail and SMS and all worked fine. Obviously, on the weekends, there is quite some noise from the bars outside until 2 to 3 am. Mornings are quiet for Brussels (street cleaning, garbage removal etc. are not heard). Maybe depends on the floor the apartment is, we were on the 4th floor.

The décor was a little tatty and could do with renovating. There was a leak in the toilet cistern and the refill tap had been turned off which we only discovered when the flush stopped working. The bathroom was poorly lit and pretty basic, although roomy. There was only one small mirror in the property (in the dark bathroom!) although there was loads of room for a full-length mirror, which would have been helpful. The lift was out of order (and looked as if it had been for some time). As we were on the fourth floor that was a lots of stairs every day!

The location is great and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment is very spacious and has some interesting features.

Party going on on the floor above us which was very annoying. On one hand the location is great and it is in a street with many bars. Great when you are with some friends. Less great for a family with children :).

Location in the centre of Brussels is great. So close to the grand place and rue de Boucher !

Cleaning, the property was not cleaned to a good standard, the toilet was dirty, the shower was broken and covered in limescale, there were many decorations in the apartment that past visitors had put their rubbish in and was missed when cleaned, and when we went to make food realised that there was only 2 plates, mugs and 2 sets cutlery when it was booked for 3 people

The property was in the city centre so within walking distance to everything, the design of the property was amazing, I loved the rustic look, the double bed was very comfy! Close to nightlife but have thick windows so wasn’t too noisy
