Overall cleanliness was very unpleasant. The property at all is worn out. The restaurant was not prepared to provide us some options from the menu.

The value for the service with nice parking option was fine. The rooms (houses) are quiet big and comfort for one or more days stay. The staff was kind and supportive. There was renovation to the garden outside ongoing.

Abandoned objects all over the complex (chairs, tables, kids toys for garden etc), inside is old furniture, old doors, you could not close them because of some flood before, I don't know, the sockets from upstairs are not safe to use, they just hang out from the wall... Regarding the restaurant I was disappointed that I asked the lady from the reception where is the restaurant and she showed me the direction but there was no employee there at almost 11am, I looked for them all over the place although before the check-in I received a message telling us that the restaurant is open from 10am to 10pm, on the restaurant door it was written "11am to 10pm". We check-out closer to 11am just to eat there and leave, but the lady from the reception didn't tell me that the restaurant wasn't even open. Later we found out that it was Unification day in Bulgaria and it was very hard to find an open restaurant in Sofia. We left the city 3 hours after we scheduled to leave, but that's it so communication is not a plus here...

Some broken things were not repaired, for example, it was very hard to close and lock the front door, also, the door leading to the living room was often getting stuck due to an unscrewed board beneath the door

There wasn't a problem with a late check-in, the private parking was huge, large rooms. We traveled with a dog, so there was a private garden connected to the back side of our room where we could walk the dog. We visited in winter, so the heating was turned on before we arrived - the rooms were warm when we entered the accommodation. However, there was no heating in the bathroom

This accommodation was very pleasant. Everything was clean and it was very quiet. The reception was very fast and the hotel staff very helpful. Good wifi, safe parking and a nice playground for the kids to play.

I looked for a budget hotel with a pool, so chose this one. Unfortunately they are working on the pool and I was not told prior to arriving.

Its one of those hotels that you can tell was fantastic in it day but its a bit run down now but it was also cheap so I have no complaints at all.

This was really a one night stop, and we looked for a place near Sofia and especially one that was pet friendly, so we don't have complains but not sure how will be for longer stays. Big apartment, no kitchen, good parking place, late 80´s early 90´s design, but clean, silent, small backyard.

the worn down feeling of everything... no breakfast/dinner option at the time of our journey

although it is clear that the place has seen better times, it is ok for one-two nights. The staff was really helpful! really quiet, not so far from the center (by car), but easy to get to it when you want to stay close to the highway on your road to Greece. we stayed at one of the villas, huge space available, but everything had the feeling of worn down. stains on the wall, broken chairlegs, these kind of stuff. no restaurants nearby or in the complex, so you'll need to order or get into town by taxi or something.

The windows don't have nets for bugs, so expect to see all kind of creatures in there since the windows are left opened for ventilation. With a fresh paint on the walls the rooms will look more nice and confortable. Our dog was a bit afraid of the circular stairs, the space being a bit narrow to climb with confidence even for a human.

I think that people traveling with their pets get the huge apartment that has a big living room at the ground floor and the bedroom at the first floor. The living room has a door that gives access to a small back yard where the furry friend can explore. The restaurant has a terrace outside and the area arround the pool is surounded by tables where you can eat. A good food and a cold drink will get your batteries restored for the road next day. For tranzit, this is a good place to choose if you are traveling with the furry friend.

The feeling of an old hotel. Feels like your back in the 90s but with new furniture. :)

The remote location, the green area around. I understopd there is also swimming pool. It is good to stay while passing by. Accepts animals that is great.

The fact that they wanted to charge 15 leva every day to sit by the pool or use the pool even if you were a hotel guest! I was there 7 nights so that would have been an extra 105 leva

It was peaceful and had pretty gardens. The rooms were very spacious and each had a little garden area! There was a nice pool area with plenty of sun beds.
