In the included meals weren't present drinks, not even water. Coffee included wasn't coffee, but instant 3in1. For Recreation area, you needed to pay and it had only billiard. Pretty expensive for what they offer, but I think it was due to the new year's eve.

Nice location with a great view, too bad that on those days the snow was missing. :) Staff was pleasant and helpful, included meals had various dishes. Pool area was fine and not many people attended, which was perfect for us. Was near the center, so we had some pleasant walks.

Kids area, specious room with where it seems to have a lot of toys but you will find garbage bags full with broken incomplete toys, chocolate wrappers, used wipes, dirty floors and just a total unhealthy environment for your child and plus they charge you 5 euros for and hour to use it which is ridiculous. Housekeeping didn’t refill the free coffee and tea in the room 2 mornings in a row. Found a clipped nail on the bed sheet and the ashtray on the balcony was not emptied in 2 days.

Great location-walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and the ski lifts to the ski centres. Very friendly stuff, clean pool and sauna.

No drinks included for the dinner. I can admit that some juices or alcohol can be ordered for extra payment, but I think that at least some simple water can be included for dinner. As for the breakfast, they were serving only instant coffee. Any natural coffee had to be purchased at extra charge...

Overall it is a very good accommodation option from the perspective of price/quality/location/services. You have it all in one spot: spa, restaurants, a bar right across the entrance, free transfer to gondola etc. Both breakfast and dinner were good with a lot of options to be choose from at the buffet. I think almost any type of diet could be satisfied (vegan, vegetarian, meat eater, fish etc.)

Rooms for 3 people are too small and not enough space for anything. We had to upgrade our room to gain some space to suite. Some small and annoying things - there is no free water during dinner and you should pay the hotel for drinks including water. Fun Zone - all games are not for free and you should pay to play (ping-pong, pool. foosball).

Food was great. The hotel is good and close to the ski gondola and to the main street. Generally the hotel was good and satisfied our needs.

we couldn’t have a normal sleep. Walls are so thin that you hear EVERYTHING under your room, over your room, next to your room, out of your room. Also I did NOT like the fact that when I made the booking it said that it is Halfboard (breakfast and dinner included) but when we got there they said that we only have breakfast.. not a big deal some will say but this is misleading the clients! I went to the SPA at 12:30 and it was not working so I had to wait another 45 minutes so it can warm up to the required temperature.

The restaurant supervisor was compalining to the staff, almost shouting in front of the guests which wasn't very nice. Would recommend having at least water included with the dinner (we booked Half Board and no drinks were included over dinner).

Great location close to all amenities. Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. We loved the staff- all of them were very helpfula nd polite- reception, casino, spa, restaurant. Eli, Osman and Ani from the Spa and Dilyana from the Main Restaurant are the best! Food was delicious and more than enough. The Casino was also great!

For 6 days of stay, the room was not cleaned for a single day. The maid was just changing the towels in the room, althought we left a notice on the door to clean the room. Also very unkind old lady at the reception.

The bed had a plastic or rubber type sheet on top of the mattress. This proved to be very uncomfortable as we both sweated a lot during the night. We had to remove it as we could not sleep properly.

* Jacuzzi is out of order. * Turkish bath wasn't work properly. * Although the employees were with masks, most of the gusts (95%) were not wearing a mask and did not requested to put on. Storage ski / snowboard equipments cost money. Moreover, in the storage room the dryer for shoes does not work. * Location: Most of the places in bansko are using woods for heating, together with the location of the hotel (little bit down in the town) there is a lot of smoke out side. we couldn't open the windows for refresh.

Room are comfortable, big and very nice. Food was fresh with many options. Great pool.

I asked for double bed with 1 matress, i got 2 twin beds. Top level with dirty windows, could be better for mountain views.

The indoor swimming pool and spa facilites were great. Massage was delayed. Breakfast and dinner were diversified but just decent. Big parking, close enough to walk to gondola. Quiet and warm.
