Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

KuwaitThe room was good but not it wasn't I expected, I thought sofa's area bigger but the bedroom was much bigger, that made it hard time with my son who can't stay the TV area so he kept coming and going in the bedroom just to play and watching TV. The parking was closed so we had to park behind the holel.
The location was very good, there was a cold store (small supermarket) very near in case you needed something and it also near carefore the mall has lots of shops. I didn't tried breakfast or the food there so I can't tell if it good or not

Palestinian Territory- Rooms are very old designed. - Carbets are still in use and have bad colouring. - Stains on curtains, very dirty. (Small cockroach found in my room even though it's on the 4th floor)

It was very clean and well presented. Every single member of staff was so kind, helpful and friendly. They would go out of there way to make you feel comfortable with your stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We had a very spacious junior suite and was not disappointed. Very accommodating hotel. Breakfast was also lovely as was all the room service food. Credit to the wonderful chef Irfan.
