“When I got to the hotel they did not have place for me and my family and everything was paid with Booking.ca. The woman at the reception was also on the phone with another customer explaing that they had made too much reservations and could not give us the room we paid for. I made the reservation with Booking.ca for this hotel. The worst part is that Booking has not yet reimbursed me. It has been almost a month now and I have to keep fighting with Booking to get my koney back. When we were leaving other customers arrived and were in the same situation as us.
How bad was my experience, very very bad. With 2 little babies and the whole family at the hotel at 8:30 pm, let me say I was not happy to have to bring all our bagages back in the car with nowhere to sleep for the night.”
