Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThere was no ice bucket in my room so I was given three paper cups for ice. There is also no microwave in room. And no tea bags available, just coffee.
Check inn was easy and room was nice. The air conditioner was extremely loud and turned on and off every 15 minutes. Staff were not overly pleasant but were still helpful. The pool area was nice but pool was small and full of kids. Price was reasonable for Quebec City and location was fine as we were just passing through. We had a lovely view of the st Lawrence from our room.

The hotel’s location is central, with Tim Hortons & McDonalds at a walking distance, which turned out to be very convenient for us. Rooms were clean & we arrived earlier at around 3pm but the staff managed to have our rooms ready for us although check in time was 4pm. Facilities were great, especially the swimming pool & splash pad. Our kids loved it.

Canadanothing in the room, no water bottles, no kleenex, no glasses (just two mugs). i went to ask for a bowl and spoon because i forgot to bring with me for my baby to feed her, they did not have and asked me to get from the nearby restaurant, strange. its not a bad hotel, just not worth its price at all. otherwise check in and check out were smooth, and my 5 year old enjoyed the pool.

CanadaThe gym area was pretty scary and deserted. The washroom could be cleaner.
Amazing location. The staff took a while to check me in even though I was the only person at the time. I would not recommend booking this hotel through booking.com because some of my family members booked directly with the hotel and received breakfast coupons for each day of the stat and gift cards for the gas station across.
