Dirty floors, mold in small fridge , beds dirty and uncomfortable, ants in bathroom! People living there, some screaming ! No hot tub, or arcade! ( as advertised)

Curtains were torn, stains on rug and wall, bed sheets appeared unclean with hair found on sheets and floors. Jacuzzi was moldy.

Easy to check in, staff was helpful but room disappointing.

the first that i dont like the room was stink and on the top ppl before us must be smoking smells weed.the kids sleept somewhere else.

The room. YIKES. Mentally prepare yourself. Our first room we checked into, had garbage on the floor, old disposable cups, dirty tissues, hair on the white bedding, disgusting chunks and spots in the sink, and the window did not lock, wide open to the world. Went to the front desk, asked for a different room .. the second one, perfect opposite, the window didn't open at all, it was crusted shut from not being cleaned ever. The floors were dirty, used a towel to wipe up the floor so we could be in there without shoes. I always travel with disinfectant, so I cleaned the tub and sink, and we were able to use the bathroom. We went during the eclipse, so I paid $130 for the first night and $250 for the second night. Absolutely grossed out. Happy to see though, on a regular day, the room goes for about $60/night. For $60/night, not bad. Not good, but not bad. For $130 & $250/night, absolutely gross and unacceptable. The pool was awesome! We had to walk outside across the parking lot to get to where the pool is, which is fine for the walk from the room to the pool, but it sucks for the wet cold walk back lol. For $50/night, I would recommend. Anything more $, book somewhere else.

The pool was awesome! They also have a pool table and foosball table, which is so much fun! Our son discovered his love for pool lol

I would not stay at this hotel again. There was no fridge or microwave in the room. For the rate we paid for the room, there was no cable with the TV. When we arrived in the room there was only one towel. The room was supposed to come with breakfast, which was very poor. No hot food, except coffee. They advertised that there was a Restuarant onsite, but no Restuarant available to the Guests. Rooms need a major update.

The location was close to the local attractions and amenities.

The pool wasn't really clean and guests were not informed of pool rules such as showering before swimming. There were extra charges for parking and more for a pet. The fine print in the rental document was not disclosed. There was a 100 dollar security deposit. Front desk staff were not always in a good mood or friendly. Breakfast was disorganized and of poor quality.

Nothing exceptional comes to mind. It was low end..a poorly catered continental breakfast with little choice of food especially for children.

People in the next room smoking in the room, and smoking drugs in the room. They also asked me for money. And their dog lunged at me. There seemed to be several people smoking drugs on the property.

The location is great, right on Lundys Lane, a quick drive to the Falls.

Bathroom wasn’t swept, one face cloth for 2 people. No hand soap , shampoo or conditioner. Ask and paid for 2 queen beds for double room but received a single room with a large double bed. room was located near the rear door, which operated with a bang every time someone opened and close the door, waking us up at 7 AM each morning and lastly, after paying for parking through Booking.com, they tried to charge me another eight dollars a day for parking I will never stay at this motel again, and I may not consider Booking.com when booking a room in the future

Beds need updating. Lots of hair in the washroom.No wash clothes or hand towels provided. The pool was cold and the pool looked dirty. I had planned to spend the weekend swimming and got in for 1 minute because of the water temp.

No garbage can in room, requested one as soon as we got there, had to ask two more times. Arrived Friday at 5pm didn't get a garbage until 7pm Saturday. In addition no fridges in rooms, requested one upon arrival for an additional $10 per night, never received the fridge. Also, still waiting for my deposit on my card, has not been received 🙃 Facility is run down, I had no blanket on bed first night. I had to go ask for a blanket. Not impressed at all.

The front desk clerk at 2am was useless. She was friendly enough but wouldn't even help us find a cart to bring our things to the 2nd floor. Found out there is only one cart for the entire hotel. Original room was supposed to have a queen bed. It was a double. Requested a different room and was finally accommodated after several complaints about the size of the bed. Although we finally got into a proper room around 3am and were told we could check out by noon instead of 11 with no late checkout fee. We were fully out by 12:15 but were still charged for a late checkout.

Somewhere to sleep. Booking was easy. Though that has nothing to do with the actual hotel.
