The carpet and couch in our room looked filthy. The parking instructions were incorrect because the street was closed which made for a long and frustrating process. Only one room key worked, so I got locked out of my room. It took three trips down to the front desk to get it working. I requested cutlery, as per the sign in the room, but it never came. Luckily on my many trips to get the key working, I remembered to ask for cutlery. We stay here every year and this year felt really different than years past. We’ll stay here again but I would love to see less chaos next time. It would also be nice if breakfast could go until 10am.

Its difficult to find the hotel. We followed the address from booking website and it took us somewhere else! Our van didnt fit on their parking garage so we park on CHUM Hospital! We paid less compare to the hotel! Their rooms were not sound proof! I think theres only one/two elevator so in the morning it takes a while for the elevator to come!

The regular rooms were so spacious! The breakfast was good!

A little bit old than other hotels, dim lighting, our bathroom initially smelled bad, but the management promptly sent someone from maintenance to fix the problem.

The check in staff informed us we could check in at 1500. We returned to be told we couldn't as the room wasn't ready. Despite having a small lobby and an ever increasing number of people waiting to check in, they kept us waiting. I then realised they were checking people in at least at 1530. I don't understand this dogmatic insistence of the 1600 check in. The rooms were clearly ready hours before. Keeping so many people waiting in the lobby isn't practical or sensible.

Drawbacks, the room light wasn't proper and drinking water option was just the tap water. the parking was little expensive. It wasn't included.

Unfortunately it wasn't mentioned very clearly on their site that the price of the parking isn't included and you have to pay extra 30ish $. So a bad surprise at the check-in. Just because it was mentioned available instead included I had to guess that I will pay 30$ extra.

Very nice multi-choise breakfast, good quality and tasty Rooms are well equipped and comfortable.

The unit I got was not the same as in the pass, I stayed at this hotel 6 or 7 times in the pass. The washroom was not good, the waster in the toilet was running all night, the shower was labeled wrong ,I almost burned my self. The shower was running on the shower head and spout at the same time. The parking cost too much and the little metal strip between the room and hall came off and I tripped on it.

Not enough furniture in the leaving room in the 2 bedrooms suite. Only 2 places on the couch, 1 office chair and one stool. This Suite was missing at least a 2nd couch and a small dining table and 4 chairs.
