From time to time it was too noisy. And it's 15 min walking by foot to the city center.

In general hotel is nice. A bit noisy if you live in a room with swimming pool view. But this view is perfect if you are a sunset lover or you just want your swimming suit dry faster. Very nice breakfast. With various choice of food. If you travel by car, take into account there are not much parking places around.

Doors are paper thin. The whole place needs an update in terms of floors, bathrooms, windows etc

AC worked well. Staff were helpful. Cleaning staff were great and the location is good.

Can't call this place a hotel if you have to pay $10 euro for a hairdryer. Very average place

Not much to like to be honest if you are above the age of 18+ this would be the place to be.

They said breakfast was included on the website but following morning they said it wasn’t included which all in all wasn’t professional and misleading. Doors slamming constantly and screening and shouting going on !

The air conditioning didn’t work at all, the way the shower was designed was awful as the water would cause a puddle in the shower room and trickle down into the bedroom and everything in sight would become wet.

I liked that the room was big and had a double bed and balcony.

It is on the main strip of San Antonio which means it is understandable to have a lot of noise which is fine as that is what You are booking, and the bad draining in the area leaves an aroma around the outside of the building which again isn't the hotels fault, so I can not blame them for either of those, but, our room was never cleaned, just provided with fresh towels each morning even when our sign was up for cleaning and we spoke to the front desk, the bedding is made of a cheap material (pillows and duvet if You can even call it a duvet) and there is loads of noise throughout all night as it is a popular area for Youths so their all having hotel room parties but it is inappropriate past a certain time and the staff should do something about it but never seemed to which was a shame. I had a nice time regardless as we were not in the hotel too often, and when we were we went down to the pool which was nice and accommodating.

I loved Carlos at the front desk, he was amazing and such a nice person!, one of the other staff members was quiet which was fine but the main one was so rude all the time and unhelpful when addressing issues with the hotel. It was ridiculous.

Cleanliness - the floor was covered in dust, sand, hair, etc. Bathroom mostly clean but one shelf was filthy with ring marks from people’s products. Safe didn’t work. Air con had no controller so not usable. Bad techno playing in a room on the hallway. Night staff - incredibly rude to my friend who needed the loo at the end of the night. Threatened to throw him out for asking why he couldn’t use the loo. Price - the hotel is very basic. With the cleanliness issues in my room and the lack of aircon/safe £99 was far too much.

Check in wasn’t ready, no apologies or professionalism. Hotel very strict also my friend was staying for a longer trip in the hotel and it was my time to check out. They wouldn’t let me take my case to the room and sit there until it was time to leave for my flight !! How dare they. Hotel is below average and actually very unhygienic. PLEASE. Do not give them the room deposit. It’s a total scam !!! They say u will get it back at the end of the holiday but u won’t. They said ours wasn’t clean enough… that is due to no house keeping and said if we wanted house keeping we have to request it. In what world ? Terrible hotel even for the cheaper price tag. I recommend paying a small amount extra and going to a better hotel

Nothing really, it’s a great hotel as long as you don’t mind quite a bit of noise during the night.

Rooms cleaned and towels replaced daily. Reception staff extremely helpful
