Parking lot, I think someone dinged my door having to park so close to each other. But such is life.

Your parking lot is so tiny, not welcoming for anyone with a truck like myself. But we made it work, the hotel was great, the restaurant was amazing. Friendly staff all throughout the hotel. Even got a free beer from the hotel ceck in process. I would absolutely stay here again. Only down size was the music from the restaurant or nightclub downstairs was pretty loud and made it hard to sleep when your on the 1st floor. But the tunes didn't suck so I did a dance in my undies before passing out fast asleep, eventually :)

Parking was a little stressful because it was not guaranteed but we were lucky and did get it.

Staff was super welcoming and helpful. Decor was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and came with the room.

Drinking water at the room was at extra cost, which should be complementary. Lobby air freshener was too strong.

I've stayed in Mgallery for 3 days. On arrival, you will receive a complimentary drink that you can enjoy at the living room bar during happy hours. It's very convenient location: Granville public market, Canada place, Mall, David Lam park etc -everything is walking distance. Tea, Coffee machine and capsules at your disposal.

The parking is outdoors and at times was hard to use. Generally very clean and the room service was good but there was a hair on my bathroom windowsill from someone else that didn’t get picked up the entire time I was there. Some sketchy people outside sometimes but nothing the hotel can control.

Nicely updated, friendly and helpful staff, the complimentary bikes and umbrellas are a nice touch. Great location close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Good value pick.

It was a little loud on the first floor on a Friday night, given that there are multiple bars nearby.

The furniture and aesthetics were very modern and fun! It was in an area where you could walk to multiple great coffee shops and restaurants. The staff were all incredibly nice. They also were very kind about my dog.

Tiny rooms. No room for cases. Very tight squeeze. Walls are paper thin. Can hear people Talking clearly in hallway and next room.

We were upgraded to a junior suite. We couldn't use our free drinks voucher so we're given a free can of drink. Lovely hotel in a great location and very friendly helpful staff.

Didn’t love how dark the room was, this includes the lighting and how there was no window. This was a shame as all photos had windows. Also the air conditioning unit was very loud and we were unable to sleep with this on! Other than this we enjoyed our stay.

The size of the room was super cramped, but it didn't matter that much because we did spend much time in the room. Also the toilet was too high for a shorter gal like me.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make everyone feel important.

While our stay was very successful and we had a wonderful time, I do wish there was more offered for the price to stay. For example a stocked mini fridge or snacks would be nice, and the complimentary toiletries to already be in the washroom instead of "on request" overall though, wonderful experience and the staff is A++

I have a wonderful first time at the Hotel Belmont. I was met with the friendliest Customer Service and was treated with the upmost respect. I will definitely be staying again when I return to the city. The staff is the friendliest, and it did not matter the time or day or night, the people in the lobby were absolutely wonderful!
