We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaMechanical sounds from the HVAC system. There was a rhythmic drone all night long at a higher frequency than normal heart rate so very stressful. I had to take a sleeping pill or it would have kept me up all night.

CanadaParking very expensive. There were not enough parking spots in both parking lots and cars are parked along snow banks and very inconvenient and jammed. Very far to walk back to hotel in windy and snowy conditions. P2 is problematic. It is one way and I drove to the end, couldn't find a single parking spot and if you don't turn back, you will have to exit and pay $20!! So everyone has to turn back despite being one-way and try to avoid one another.
