They give us a baby crib said it is free for charge,but still charged me 25 plus tax at the end,it is not make sense.

Very confusing and difficult labyrinthine maze to find my room. Many doors seemed like dead-ends, I took an elevator up to 2nd floor, and then stairs to go back down to my room's level... A sign at the last door made me think I was going to be locked "outside" at the level of my row of rooms... My key cards stopped working completely at one point. Was not able to get a coffee or a quick bite to eat in the morning at the hotel itself, which I was expecting due to the restaurant advertised on the website.

The room was furnished in a cute quirky way and very clean and new feeling. Good sized fridge and nice shower. Decent price for an overnight stay and short walk to the falls.

We were moved from street facing to pool facing. Room was very hot & smelled of chlorine. I would have preferred to be street facing. The rooms layout and furnishings were very nice. It would be a nice addition to add a little bar fridge.

The staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect for us.

Noisy, the room was not very clean and it was very noisy but somehow it's a very good value for money. Exepct for the parking at 35$/day, we would better have to park our car just in front of the hotel for 10$/day.

The location is perfect, right bewteen the Skylon and Clifton Hill, 10 mins walking from the falls, the pool is perfect for kids and the employees are very kind.

There was no television, the "cable" tv was analog and the channels were all fuzzy. They had a technician come in, and he was unhelpful, as he did not even seem to understand the difference between analog and digital cable TV.

First night we were there,I had left the hotel for dinner and they called me after an hour because my dog was barking! First it is a small breed,second it was a new invirenment and most importantly it is a pet friendly hotel,so it should be expected to have some barks and not call the owners and order them to come to the room and stay with your pet! I was not very happy with that at all!

We were woken up by someone who entered our room at 8AM. It was a male and we are unsure how his key worked in our room. When I told them at checkout they made it seem like it could have been the cleaning lady but it was a male who entered. Not pleasant

smell of weed everywhere. I get it is legal but maybe have a designated area…not in the courtyard where it stays. it was a staff member as well.

The bar area was very sparse. The chairs were too low for the high top tables.

I didn't like that our room did not have a window that you can open for fresh air. Otherwise it was decent.

The location of the hotel was great. Very close to all major activities and dining options. The hotel was clean and the staff was attentive when I asked for more toilet paper in the room. The parking lot was also convenient and easily accessible.
