Booking.com was totally inflexible: Couldn't upgrade to a larger room or add extra days. Also the payment through Booking.com was vague and ambiguous. They said it was part paid but didn't say how much the part payment was. So in short the hotel was great but booking.com is pretty rubbish.

    Great hotel,good food.

The room was pretty small with no real windows. Very clean however.

The restaurant on site wan nice for dinner but the complimentary breakfast was amazing. Fresh croissants, bread, ham and cheeses, as well as orange juice, coffee and hot chocolate.

I was a little disappointed at first I was staying in the building next door but it was also lovely and I slept really well.

La Poste is a beautiful building very authentic and cosy. The staff were very friendly and the food was great. Perfect location for everything.Had lunch dinner and breakfast there all delicious.

3rd bed was a sofa bed. That was not comfy and it was very noisy when my kid moved inside the bed. Breakfast was ok. I found the hotel price a little bit high for this season, but not a big deal.

We liked the place. Location is great to reach everywhere, very friendly staff and comfortable double bed. Room was very clean. We stayed in a family room. We ate in hotel’s restaurant almost every day. It was very delicious. There were very tiny playing area and couple toys for the children, that was also very good to keep kids busy.

Had to get out of the room to reach the private bathroom, room was quite dark, TV didn't work.

Walls a bit thin you can hear your neighbors walking. But it wasn't a big deal.

A very cute, charming, hotel located in the heart of town. Short drive to the ski lift. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Got a good night's rest after a long day of skiing. I would definitely return in my next ski trip.

We are older travelers and usually prefer a lift, however the proprietors are quick to offer assistance with luggage if needed. Our third stay here, some places are worth forgoing the lift!

A truly authentic Franco-Suisse experience in a small mountain town. The building’s chalet architecture with hand made wooden furniture is so charming! Comfy beds and bedding, cool mountain breezes make for a lovely sleep. Proprietors are most hospitable. Restaurant dining both inside and on the terrace offers many local specialties and excellent refreshments. The train ride from Aigle to Les Diablerets is quite spectacular. Glacier 3000 is just a quick bus ride away. A lovely retreat any time of the year!

The bed + sheets were far too small for someone 5'10 (177cm). The walls in between rooms and through the door are very very thin which feels as if people were talking directly in your room/very noisy ski shoes in the morning. As a result I did not sleep well at all.

The charm of a typical Swiss chalet/room, the delicious breakfast, the friendly service and amazing location in the village centre close to everything. Great bathroom.
