Given I'm 2 meter, the situation of the bed was not ideal. It was probably less than 2 meter in between wall and heater

Friendly staff, Nice bar (with nice snacks around apero time), nice wellness, great after day ok skiing, dinner OK but a "thai curry tofy" without rice is a bit too basic, breakfast has limited options and fairly basic. Station & shuttle to ski resort almost in front of the building (it's actually a taxibus, not a big bus). Would go again

We arrived on a Sunday evening. Staff seemed to be in a rush to close the restaurant. We had to have dinner at 8 PM, as we felt rushed. Food was average; not enough vegeterian options. Nothing much vegan. Staff not so friendly.

There was not much choice for breakfast and (but yes, it was Switzerland) the prices are expensive for food and drinks.

Nice hotel, just behind the Gotthard tunnel, when you come from the north, for a night stay onwards italy. The food in the restaurant was good.

The power sockets are specially designed for local use. Although I alway travel with international power adapter, I couldn't use it for such type of power sockets. I recommend to install at least 1 multi use socket.

The location was perfect. Welcoming and friendly staff. Clean modern decorated room. Free parking front of the hotel.

Very expensive, including an expensive pet supplement charge (CHF 20 per dog). Granted this is Switzerland, but I still found the price a bit too elevated. Very limited vegan options for breakfast.

The hotel is across from the train, but it wasn't much of a problem, just not the best of views.

Airolo is a nice little town, but nothing exceptional. The hotel was nice and met our needs. Very clean and nice bathroom and comfy beds. Ate in the restaurant and it was VERY good. Nice breakfast buffet, too. Parking is available

The ski run was indicated as 600 m from the hotel. If we could have flown over the freeways it probably was 600 m away. However, we had to walk, with young children, for over 1/2 hour. Carrying our ski equiptment, as there is no straight route to get to the slopes. That was disappointing. We did learn on our last day, that there is a bus that you can catch. We wish we had learnt that sooner!

The hotel was conveniently located in the center of town, just opposite the train station. We came in from Zurich for a liittle skiing and a weekend get away. The snow, whilst very sparce, did provide enough runs for the children to have some practice. The rooms were clean, and well set up. (especially for the children with the bunk beds in a separate section of the main suite. Very clean and spotless linens.

A large dinner party was booked for Saturday night and they were a loud group. it meant we couldn’t have a discussion at dinner because we couldn’t hear each other. the staff did compensate us with complimentary drinks but we would have preferred a quieter dinner.

We have stayed here before and the accommodations are wonderful. The room design is excellent and the small touches are great.

The shower was a bit small.

The room was a good size, and the beds were comfortable. I would also recomment eating at the restaurant as the food is very good. If you walk up the hill from the hotels there is very nice views. I was there with two friends for the Granfondo San Gottardo race. The hotel was very accomadating with storing our bicycles and also storing our bags during the race. Great service, I would definitely stay again.
