- mold in the shower - did not inform properly about parking, so we ended up paying for parkint although we didn’t have to - had to wait for check out at the reception pretty long, ended up having to go get the staff from the restaurant to come to reception

- location - nice rooms with nice view - nice staff at the restaurant - breakfast was great - night portier was very helpful - early check in was possible after a phone call

It has a good location, it is close to the railway station

It is a quiet and small town near the railway station, I didn't have breakfast, I think it's good to have breakfast in a cafe next door. The price is high compared to the condition of the hotel.

The room was clean, big and airy. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much. The hotel has a Movenpick Restaurant which was also outstanding.

We spent one night only on a stop-over. Large rooms, very clean, great location in the center of Chiasso and next to the train station. It was easy to take a short train ride to the city center of nearby Como in the evening.

The personal staffs were kinda like, busy? Not very good at communicating/entertaining... A friend of mine who lives in the area wanted to visited me at my hotel but he wasn't allowed by the evening staff and demand that he needs to pay if ever he wanted to visit me in my room. Which my friend did! I have never experienced this with other hotels i have checked in with. The room hasn't fridge to store some drinks, which could be helpful in the times of really warmt days. A very small TV without hdmi or google chrome so you can streams like netflix or hbo. The shower head at my bathroom was kinda like leaking, water bursts out even at the handle. But I used the bathtub instead which is kinda nice.

The room was spacious, the location was great, 1-2mins walk from the train station which can brings you to the near cities like como and lugano and so on. Verh convenient

I enquired about car parking but was informed the underground garage was too low for our land rover with roof tent. I wasn't given any options. I was expecting to park some distance from hotel which I was dredding as the car was full of stuff. As it happened luck was on our side as we arrived about 8 pm a lady pulled out of car parking space opposite hotel. The parking zone is 15mins max, but free from 7pm to 8 am, so we had an early start in morning. One other moan was WiFi which is charged via Swisscom, not what I wanted.

The room had its own large balcony area, which was great for our two little dogs. The bed was comfy and the ensuite great apart from shower door opening inwards, meaning a real squeeze to get in and out.

Hotel location is perfect very close to the train station. Big rooms with sofa bed. Clean and spacious bathrooms. 4 minutes walk to the boarder of Italy where you can take a bus to Como.
