I can't use the wifi for a minute during the two days I was there, I don't know why. The power system in the guest room is very easy to trip, but fortunately the room temperature is not too hot.

The neighbourhood is a bit rough, but we didn't stay out after dark. There isn't anything that can be done about this on the part of the hotel.

Check in was great. The lovely man who met us carried our very heavy bags up two levels of stairs. He was very funny and informative. I should have asked his name.

The sofa bed was small.. not quite a double and not very comfortable. It’s was just big enough for our two children to share who were 10 and 12years.

The location was great and close to the train station. 30min walk to the colosseum, fountain and Spanish steps and the walk was easy. The staff were also great and very helpful on arrival giving us some great local tips.

Previous occupant hadn't washed up properly and items had not been put back in cupboards but left on drying rack. Somw didnt look very clean. Sofa bed was very small- not really suitable for 2 but fortunately we are not very big people!

The receptionist James was wonderful, full of advice, tips and recommendations, plus just a warm and lovely human. Really made the stay extra special.

On our last night the two nearby rooms were filled with very loud guests going between rooms, inside to outside the building, slamming doors, playing music, TVs, hairdryers, they managed to trip the electrics twice. Went on until about 1:30am. Unfortunately the rooms aren't very soundproof, not the hotels fault but inconsiderate guests dampened the experience.

Great location, easy to walk into the centre. Nice bakeries and cafes nearby & two excellent restaurants (recommended by the hotel) within 1 minute walking distance. Easy to find from train station, area felt very safe. Member of staff on desk (James?) was great, have us some great recommendations and I'm confident he would be able to help you with anything you might need/ any questions you have during your stay. Check in and check out was very easy.

The person in the reception was not there when we reached and therefore we had a bit of a hassle calling and waiting for this downstairs

The location was very nice just a 7 minutes walk from the Termini station, lots of nice places to eat nearby and transport to the city centre was also very accessible
